Impeccable renovation in this gated oceanfront oasis, Beachwood Place(tranquil small community environment with only 24 units). Located in the heart of the Coligny Beach/Plaza area.
This villa has been stunningly redone from ceiling to floor. This beautiful seaside escape is walking distance to The Tiki Hut, restaurants, boutiques, bars, The Lowcountry Celebration Park, and numerous outdoor attractions. Large pool with abundance of lounge chairs and barbeque area with tables and chairs. Private access to beach and shower station. One minute walk to pool, 2 minutes to one of most beautiful white sand beaches on Hilton Head Island (Coligny).
2 bedroom, 2 bath, naturally lit open floor plan sleeps 6 comfortably. 1st floor location means no waiting for elevator. Kitchen has quartz countertops, new high end stainless appliances, counter height table and chairs, coffee center with Keurig and drip coffee maker. Villa is fully stocked with all new furnishings, one of the few units with in unit washer/dryer (additional laundry on each floor). Living area and both bedrooms have smart TVā€™s for streaming. Villa has high speed internet and cable. Charming patio with views of the ocean with access from living room and master suite. Master suite has king bed and bath with walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has extra long twin over queen bunk and separate bath. Hop on the free Breeze Trolley outside the complex gate. Located on the bike path and a bike rack is on the property.

We loved our stay! Close to everything! We walked to breakfast and the Tiki Bar. The walk to the beach took 2 minutes! Everything was as described and communication with Larry was awesome. Will stay again!!

I had a friend visiting from overseas, and we spent a few days on Hilton Head ā€“ this place was the perfect spot for a relaxing and fun stay. The highlight for us was definitely the beach, which is just steps away. We spent time walking the shoreline, lounging in the sun, and just enjoying the ocean breeze. It couldnā€™t have been more convenient.We also made great use of the pool and cooked a few meals at the condo, which was well-equipped and comfortable. The Tiki Hut nearby was a favorite ā€“ live music, good vibes, and just a few steps away. Thereā€™s a lot to do within walking distance, but itā€™s also a great place to simply slow down and enjoy your surroundings.Iā€™ll absolutely be back ā€“ this place made our trip truly memorable!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. Condo was clean and stocked with most items we needed. Location is close to shopping and restaurants. Beach is a very short walk from condo.

Condo is beautiful decorated. Everything is renovated and condo is super clean. Property Manager left basic supplies that are very important, shampoo, conditioner, soap for dishes and dishwasher and garbage bags. Everything necessary for your stay. Kitchen is super well equipped too! There was also water in the fridge when we got there, which was also very thoughtful. Location is excellent and it is only few minutes away from beach and from Coligny plaza. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks!!! Beautiful place!

Our stay at this rental on Coligny Beach was fantastic! The location couldnā€™t be betterā€”right on the beach and within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. The convenience made our trip so relaxing, as we didnā€™t have to worry about driving everywhere.The rental was well-equipped with everything we needed for the beach, including towels, chairs, and a wagon, which made our beach days effortless. The space was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a beach getaway.

We had a wonderful week at the Happy Place! The condo was just as described - beautiful, modern, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated all of the amenities and the excellent communication with Larry and Sally. Property was great with very quick pool and beach access. Will definitely be back!

Spent a week at this beautiful condo to get a little break from winter. The sunrise from the bedroom was beautiful. The condo is just as described. The location was perfect for us, close to the beach, bike trails and a few restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I recently stayed here while visiting our daughter. This condo was exceptional! The location is fantastic and the condo itself was perfect. The condo was fantastic. The location was perfect...just a very short walk to the beach and shops. There were even beach chairs and a beach buggy for use. The unit was super clean and the kids loved the bunk beds. We all had a terrific time and are already planning a return trip and hope to stay in the same unit. Thanks!

My wife and I were really impressed with Coligny Place! From the cleanliness to the decorating, it was a great place to stay. Itā€™s located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and a great perk is the Tiki bar right down the beach. We will definitely consider this place again on our next visit to Hilton Head.
