You'll be situated right in between some incredible attractions, such as the Harbour Town Golf Links, perfect for getting in some good tee-offs with your pals. You'll be located very close to the main entrance of Sea Pines, and just a short bike ride to the Park Plaza Shopping Center, where you can go on a shopping spree with your loved ones. With access to the Sea Pines Beach Club and its beaches, you'll be able to relax in style! The Shops at Coligny are also a short drive away, the quintessential spot for all things wonderful, including several dine-in restaurants and shops.

Head back home and walk in through the front door to find your own personal slice of Hilton Head paradise. It's here that you'll be able to make some unforgettable memories with your loved ones. This vacation rental boasts a series of amenities for your convenience, such as an outdoor firepit, a full kitchen equipped with appliances so you can cook up something amazing for everyone, and a patio area. Sit down in the living area and take a much-needed nap. Afterward, look forward to feasting at the dining room table with some cold drinks, then ending the night with a good movie, courtesy of the streaming services available.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No pets are allowed. If pets are brought to the property, guests will be evicted, lose their paid rent money, and be charged an additional fee for pet cleaning of $500.
Streaming services will require a guest account to access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
