    The Space:

    Scenically situated on the banks of a tranquil lagoon, this Hilton Head home is the perfect blend of serenity and convenience. Enjoy a short walk across the street to Tower Beach or walk less than a quarter-mile to South Beach each morning, and be greeted back home by a coastal-contemporary haven full of gorgeous island views.



    This single-story home is located within Sea Pines, on the edge of a coastal pond that's wonderful for wildlife-watching. Grab the binoculars from inside and marvel at the variety of birds and deer that are known to frequent the property. In this lovely spot, you'll be close to bustling Harbour Town (three miles), Hilton Head's renowned golf courses, and a plethora of restaurants, shops, and trails for walking, jogging, and riding bikes.



    Each gorgeous day here begins and ends outdoors, whether you're sipping your morning coffee in Adirondack chairs or cozying up around the fire table in the evenings. There's also a gas grill and an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals in the island breeze at sunset.



    The interior is marked by large, open rooms, lofty ceilings, and plentiful windows framing the lagoon. It's a natural space for gathering, from the great room with its gas fireplace and wet bar to the chic kitchen with modern appliances and cabinetry. There's ample room for dining as well, between the kitchen table, the breakfast bar, and the formal dining space.



    In the evenings, you'll have five smart TVs to choose from - in the great room and each bedroom - which can simultaneously stream Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+. All four bedrooms enjoy direct access to the patio, including three with en suite bathrooms.

    Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations

This is an excellent getaway place to visit. The house is spacious, very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The lagoon has a full time alligator that is is fun to watch along with the other wildlife that is ever present. The bike trails are plentiful and very easy to cruise on.

Lovely and Comfortable Home

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. The furniture was very comfortable and there was more than enough room for my seven person party to stay comfortably. There is a short walk to the beach, but it is a lovely walk and the beach is beautiful.

A beautiful house in a great location

We had a very enjoyable stay in this beautiful home with 4 very nice bedrooms an excellent kitchen and very spacious and comfortable living area. The wildlife in, above and around the pond in the back is remarkable. We would definitely stay again in this very well kept home.

The home is beautiful and has a really nice great room for gathering in as well as a great view of the water/marsh. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable for our 3 couple group. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home! Great vacation!

This home is beautiful, spacious and well appointed. Our three families (6 adults and 4 children) enjoyed a week’s vacation together with lots of room for everyone. The ultra, high definition TV and sound system made evening movie time a great experience! Looking forward to a return stay soon.

Excellent home in Sea Pines

My family has been vacationing on Hilton Head for the past 15 years and stayed in a number of different locations, but this was by far the nicest home we stayed at. There were 4 adults and 5 children in the home during the stay but it never felt as if it was crowded, as the home provided plenty of space for gatherings, meals and personal quiet times. The home is located a short walk from multiple beach accesses as well as the South Beach marina. I would highly recommend this home for its comfort, space and location.

Nice and updated

The beds were fabulous and very comfortable. The appliances were amazing. A huge upgrade to the other places we've stayed as the central living area was big and we were not on top of each other. Personal photos and decor made it feel like we were staying with family. We will be back!

Family vacation

The house was every bit as nice as the pictures showed. We hadn’t realized until we got there that every bedroom had its own bathroom. It was a short walk to the beach, and also to a restaurant and shopping. The air conditioning was lovely as well.

Beautiful Home

Great space for families, terrific location, plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other. No beach umbrellas, no chairs so plan on renting or buying. Very responsive with some small issues that came up except for the cookware which was badly scratched, but will surely be rectified after our visit;) would definitely rent again

Beautiful home with lots of space and amenities

We loved all the space and the large tv. We took awhile to figure out the lights and fans and which switches operated what but that was just a minor inconvenience. The kitchen is very nice and all the furnishings in the home were very fancy and updated. We even had deer come right into our back porch near the pond. Overall a great week and we would definitely go back .

beautiful and spacious property in south beach

first time in hilton head for a wedding. plenty of room and great location near tennis, pickleball , and salty dog marina. beach is,within walking distance. well stocked kitchen . since the property is next to a pond, dealing with the many insects was a challenge. overall we would recommend this home.

Great location for tennis or golf events

Three of us were playing in the state tennis tournament at Sea Pines, so we looked for a house that would be great for 3 couples. The house was specular, and exceeded our expectations. Could have had a 4th couple stay with us, as there are 4 bedrooms with king beds and 4 adjoining bathroom. Also a short 5 minute walk to access South Beach. State of the art appliance and also a great Sonos sound system. So many good things about this property, that if we play on Hilton Head again we would hope this home is available to us!

Huge home

Nice big house great baths, kitchen and living area.Only issue was technology.Asoldfolks we had issues with the advance lighting and t set up.finally reached someone ( prop mgr) who helped us hook up Hulu to get local channels to include Super Bowl.But a huge residence with4 baths and brooms.
