Upon entry, the bright, open-concept layout creates seamless flow throughout the main living area. Kick back and relax in front of the 74" mounted TV. Luxury design touches like exposed ceiling beams, shiplap, tile floor, and high-end furnishings give you a one-of-a-kind experience. Chefs will adore the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an Elise 5-burner gas stove, a wine fridge, and an ice maker. Dine at the island’s barstool seating, or at the nearby formal dining area with seating for 14. Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Rideshare and taxi service is extremely hard to arrange last minute. Please try your best to schedule these services in advance if they are needed. - Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in. - Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). - Please note that if the outdoor temperature drops below 50°F, the pool heater may have difficulty maintaining warmer water temperatures.
Parking Details: Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the driveway. All vehicles must be parked within the paved area of the driveway. The property allows up to 2 additional vehicles, which must be parked in the garage. Any violations of these parking rules may result in a charge of $2,500 per day.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Great property for a family wedding weekend
Perfect for extended family to gather and stay for a wedding weekend. Beach access was wonderful - loved the comfortable and inviting gathering spaces on top and bottom floors - outside balconies were all utilized. Spacious bedrooms with private baths were awesome. Will stay again on next visit!

Family reunion
There were 19 of us. The house and rooms were all spacious. The view fantastic. It was just a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and having an en-suite in each bedroom was so nice. Reuben, our host was great and we appreciated all the amenities provided. Loved it!

Almost paradise
My family and I had an extraordinary time. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. We would not hesitate to go there again. There was only two drawbacks that we were able to work around and those were the elevator because there were a lot of steps. But we were made aware of that ahead of time. And the parking, which we are also made aware of.

Huge home!!
This property exceeded our expectations on every account. It was in a beautiful neighborhood with beautiful views. I’m about a two minute walk to the beach and the thing that impress me was the size of the place. We knew it was gonna be big with 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, but I didn’t realize that on the fourth floor there was a massive second of living space. Plenty of room to cook and play and hang out. It was awesome having that upstairs living space for the kids while the adult stayed on the main level. I would most definitely stay here again.

Well used property…..
Nice location, dated rental. Elevator didn’t work for the first two days and we had a repair crew in our unit for the entire third day. Good luck lugging heaving bags up to the fourth floor. Oven barely works. Just lots of little broken things that happen in a full-time VRBO. Nice place, but not worth 20K.

55th wedding anniversary celebration
There were some minor maintenance issues from previous occupants that were taken care of immediately. This is not a handicap accessible unit. 21 steps to main level. 52 steps from that level to top party room. My husband had open heart surgery in January so had all he could do to get to first floor. Our family enjoyed the upper levels, we did not. Elevator broken for over 3 months. It is not available for guests. They tried to repair for us but more parts were needed.

Everyone in our group LOVED everything this property had to offer. No one was disappointed and everyone demanded that we rebook this location next year. The rooms were beautiful and the amenities were top notched! We enjoyed the island so much but to be honest, everyone just wanted to stay at the house and enjoy the space. Check in was easy and the departing instructions were minimal and easy.We will be back next year for sure.
