Step inside through a sunlit foyer that opens toward a spacious family room designed for comfort and connection! Vaulted ceilings, a widescreen TV with surround sound, and plush seating make it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. A dedicated workstation with high speed internet ensures you can stay connected when needed, while the adjacent Carolina room offers expansive views of the private pool and backyard. Every detail of the home encourages relaxation, from the upgraded finishes to the well planned layout that provides privacy and effortless flow.



Accommodations are designed for up to eight guests, with three inviting bedrooms thoughtfully placed for comfort. The primary suite features a king bed, walk in closet, backyard access, and a newly remodeled en suite with a luxurious rain shower! The opposite side of the home offers two additional bedrooms and access to a shared bath. Multiple entertainment options such as flat screen TVs in every bedroom, a smart TV in the primary suite, an xBox in the twin room, and strong wireless internet ensure there is something for everyone. The fully remodeled kitchen is a chef’s delight, offering granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an extensive selection of cookware, small appliances, and coffee makers that suit every preference. With a dining room that seats eight, a full wet bar, and a grill ready for use on the back patio, hosting becomes effortless!



Outside, the private pool invites you to spend your days lounging, splashing, or watching the sun drift across the sky. PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:



* Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Pool heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 50 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.

* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!

Every reservation is required to complete a quick Guest Portal before check-in. It's a secure external link we'll send you shortly after booking, and it's also where you'll find all your check-in details - including your all-important door code.



The pre-approval process takes just a few minutes and covers three simple steps:



1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.

2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.

3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

The Neighborhood:

Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort and the ultimate vacation destination. An 11-mile lagoon provides a leisurely day of canoeing or kayaking. Golf, tennis, biking & more! This is a gated community.



Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.



Palmetto Dunes Buggy Service

Free shuttle service. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service provides complimentary transportation within the Palmetto Dunes Resort and Shelter Cove Harbor. Don't worry about renting a car or spending money on getting to and from all the amenities and things to do at Palmetto Dunes.



The shuttle service will take you to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, and tennis courts at Palmetto Dunes. It will also bring you to Shelter Cove Harbour, Towne Center, and the Plaza. This area is bustling and offers plenty of activities and things to do just off-site.



The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service is available seasonally from April to September. Each van is dispatched on a first-come, first serve basis by request. Typically vans arrive within 10 minutes of a call.
