  • Come enjoy this large five bedroom and five bathroom home located on Palmetto Dunes' 11-mile lagoon system! Nestled within the heart of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, this home has been beautifully decorated throughout with wood flooring and coastal contemporary appointments.

    The spacious kitchen is updated with Quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and wood flooring while coming fully-equipped to meet your culinary needs. Each of the five bedrooms comes wonderfully decorated and has its own updated bathroom. Step outside and enjoy the large private pool with accompanying dining table and lounging options.

    The pool can be heated (June 1 - October 1) for an additional fee.

    No pets are allowed at this property.

Amazing stay!

Beautiful house in a great central location to the island. The “starter pack” of toiletry items was more than enough for our family. When we return to the island we will definitely try to get this house again!

We own three high end rentals and stay at 10+ rentals a year and this one of the best we've stayed in. is perfect for a group of families. Plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen and then some, outdoor grill, pool, and everything was clean and well kept!

The house worked perfectly for the 11 ladies on my tennis team. It is nicely renovated with comfortable beds and furniture. The gathering spaces worked well with very comfortable seating. The large dining area accommodated our group with room to spare. We had a big problem with the upper refrigerator temperature; however, the palmetto dunes property mgmt. accommodated us as best they could. The home was wonderful!

The backyard was incredible and so relaxing, even in the winter time. The location is excellent. Short walk to the beach and short drive to anything you’ll ever need. Unfortunately, our time at this home was cut short due to something out of anyone’s control but the resort was quick in their resolution and very professional. I wish I could give this home 6 stars; it was perfect.

Fabulous house

Fabulous House in great location! We did however have one glitch and this was no reflection on owners. The dishwasher never worked the entire time we were there. We had a house full of 10 family members and cooked 2 huge dinners. One Birthday and the was Easter. We called 2X and they kept telling us someone was coming to repair. Nobody showed up. It was quite an inconvenience washing dishes and pots and pans while trying to be on vacation. NOT very good customer service.

Great house

Perfect house for 8-10 people. Very clean. I didn’t know that we couldn’t use the garage which was a real pain for our bikes, scooters, beach chairs, etc. Also, the dishwasher and stove didn’t work. Washing dishes was brutal. They had to order a part so it was not fixed for the entire stay.

Beautiful Updated Home with Perfect Layout!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was absolutely perfect for our one-week stay with two other couples. The layout allowed us all to have privacy in our own wing of the house. The gathering areas were large and very comfortable for the six of us. The round table in the kitchen was great for our game nights and the large table was perfect for meals. Each couple cooked one meal at night and we found the kitchen to be more than adequately stocked. The home was updated and very clean. The towels, though, were quite old and scratchy and should be replaced. The location was perfect for us as we could ride bikes up to the pickleball courts and also to the beach! We plan to go back with our two grown children and their families. When the weather is warmer they will love the pool and there is definitely enough space for all!

Perfect for folks with large family of 6/8/10 Spectacular grounds which are meticulously maintained. We caught the best weather 75-80 with no humidity. Great access to savannah. I would definitely go back and consider purchasing a home. The home we rented was fantastic, highly recommend it.

It was tastefully furnished with each bedroom providing a comfortable space to relax. We had a family of 12 and most of our indoor time was spent in the kitchen and living room areas where there is more than adequate seating for 12. The kitchen was well stocked with everything required to prepare your culinary delight. There was plenty of patio seating and the pool itself was larger than other homes we've stayed at. The pool was well maintaned and cleaned on a regular basis during our stay. We had no real issues to speak of however customer service was quick to respond when we had a question. I highly recommend this property and will certainly consider for future stays.

Lovely April Stay at 2 Down Wind

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall lovely stay at this property! Visited in late April and the weather was beautiful. We’ve stayed in Palmetto Dunes many times and normally rent on Sea Lane. That property wasn’t available and we found this house and weren’t disappointed! Quick bike ride to the beach or a leisurely 10-12 minute walk which was quite nice in April weather. The house itself was extremely clean and newly remodeled. Spacious floor plan that divided three bedrooms on one side of the house and two on the other side. The only drawback was the coffee maker wasn’t operating the best resulting in grinds in the pot and there also weren’t any filters. Most rentals at least have filters. A Nespresso or Keurig would be a nice addition. One last thing to note is that you will need to pack or buy extra soap, dishwasher pods, detergent, cleaning supplies and all food. We did finally find a salt and pepper shaker towards the end of our stay. Some houses have a few supplies, but just be prepared that this home doesn’t have any.
