Beachwalk 210 is well decorated and renovated with everything you will need while on vacation. The main living room has a 60 inch TV. The large deck has been renovated with composite Trex material for easy care and use. Shipyard Plantation is a quiet gated community perfect for those looking to rest and relax. Shipyard is the best spot for those who like to walk to the beach, bike on the many secluded & shaded bike paths, play tennis at the Shipyard Racquet Club, or Golf at the only 3 nine hole courses on the island within minutes from the condo. Located across the street from Beachwalk is the Sonesta Resort, which you can walk to the outdoor bar and restaurants. King in BR1, Queen in BR2, 2 Doubles in BR3, Queen Sofa bed. For larger groups - please inquire about Beachwalk 209 (3BR/3.5 Bath) located right next door or any of our other listings in Beachwalk.

Perfect location

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your villa. The location is perfect 7 minute walk to beach or 2 minute bike ride the pool is close the property is spacious I traveled with 3 teens 2 adults perfect layout. Could use some new couches and some upgrades in the dish department etc but I don't think anyone but us cooks. There's a Weber grill with a full tank huge plus. The price was good I wish I booked through the vacation rental company rather then VRBO would of saved a few hundred all in all its 5 stars for me.

Great family time

We had a great time as a family in this spacious condo. We had 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 toddlers. We had plenty of space to spread out. No fighting over bathrooms and 3 were even able to take a shower at the same time without hot water issues. The kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed the use of that and the grill outside. The walk to the beach was a little longer than anticipated but still very manageable and an easy walk. We also had the option of driving and offloading. With the beach gear credit we rented bikes and that was a lot of fun also. Overall, it was a great, relaxing time - which seems almost impossible with toddlers and teens!

The location a positive! Wonderful water pressure! We especially liked the living space downstairs and all bedrooms upstairs! Continue remodeling. The brown carpet doesn’t fit the beach decor. We needed an umbrella on back deck table. Rotten wood noticed around the outside. TV in double beds bedroom was broken. Update old plastic mini blinds. We were not accustomed to not having blinds to close at night in dining area and at front door. Condensation/water dripped from queen bedroom bathroom around ceiling vent. Several receptacles did not work. Kitchen has too many different glassware sets! Give your guests 8 each water, juice and wine glasses of one pattern! A negative was parking. We and others got written up for parking on pinestraw. Remove the pinestraw and make more parking spaces! And finally, the dining table chairs’ fabric seat covers were nasty. We put towels over the seats during our stay. I hope you take my comments as constructive. It’s a great older condo that needs more updating! We really enjoyed our week!

Great Stay

This property was great for a multi-generational family vacation. There was space for each family to relax and stretch out. No one felt on top of each other. Everything was clean and in good working condition. The location of the resort was central to everything and the condo itself was walking distance to the beach and pool. We loved it.

Construction zone

The condo is great. But on Monday morning we were awakened by sawing, hammering,and yelling from the condo next door. Luckily we were able to move to another condo in the complex. Seaside Vacation Rentals were amazing! Thanks to Heidi for getting us switched. She also had the house cleaning service find my husband’s mouth piece that was lost in the move from 210 to 196 Beachwalk. Moving was not fun but the construction zone was unacceptable.

Good location - few issues

Check in process was straightforward. Location is great and about 7-minute walk to the beach. When we got into the rental it smelled quite bad and it was clear the furniture and carpets had not been cleaned for a while. The TV also had a crack in the screen running from top to bottom and some aspects of the cleaning had not been completed properly. We contacted the property manager and asked them to shampoo the furniture/carpets and fix the TV. They responded promptly and said they would take care of it on Monday, which they did, and it made a big improvement. I asked for some of the rental cost to be refunded since we were paying over 3k for the week and 2 out of the 7 days were waiting for these issues to be resolved. Unfortunately the management company ignored this request. I appreciate it is a busy time of year but if I am paying several thousand dollars for a rental for one-week I don't think it's unreasonable to expect items like this to be taken care of before guests arrive, not during their stay. We have rented many properties over the years and this is honestly the first time I have ever felt it necessary to highlight a negative experience.

Family Vacation

Nice condo. It gave us enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach or you get a parking pass to drive to the beach. We walked most of the time. The pool is about 5 minutes away and is nice.

We loved the kitchen/eating area! It was very spacious and gave us a lot of room to hang out and enjoy each other's company. We would definitely stay again when in the area!

Hilton Head Get Away

It was a perfect location for our family retreat with all the amenities of home. Property management staff were so gracious and helpful. We will be back for long walks on the beach and bike rides along the many paths.

Lovely Stay

Our entire a comfortable stay in Beachwalk 210. Check in and check out was super easy. The layout of this villa was perfect for our family of four, and the property was about a 10-15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride from the beach. Note that the kitchen did not include pantry basics as most rentals do (likely for sanitary concerns), so be sure to bring your own if you want to avoid buying. We are in Hilton Head every year and I would definitely rent again! Thank you Seashore Vacations!

Great space near the beach

This was a really nice place to stay for my wife and I and our two adult (26 & 22) children. We each had our own bedroom and there were two spaces to relax for reading or watching tv. It was a short walk to the beach.

Lovely villa close to beach

This villa is in the very back of the Beachwalk villas. Beachwalk is the closest condos to the beach so that is nice. The villa overlooks some sort of large, noisy (at times), machinery that was fenced in so when it was running, it was not enjoyable to be outside on the deck. Aside from that, the deck is large with plastic Adirondack chairs and a dining area. No view from the deck but very private from all the trees and bushes. The king bed in the master had dips on each side and a mound in the middle so it was hard to find a comfortable spot. Otherwise we had no complaints. The villa is very roomy and comfortable and nicely decorated. It has more kitchen cookware than many villas we’ve stayed in. I would recommend this villa.

This experience delivered everything that was promised. The check-in was seamless; the property was immaculate, and the hosts were available to answer every question. We were minutes from the beach, shopping, and grocery stores. This will definitely become an annual event. Loved everything!

Excellent Stay

This was a great property in Shipyard. Condo was nicely decorated and well maintained. Can’t really speak to how well it was stocked because this was a “kid free” trip so we are out for almost all meals and spent most of our time on the beach. Quick ride to the beach with Beachwalk being the closest complex from the beach in Shipyard. Would definitely return to this condo!
