New to the HH Island Rentals Family and just in time for your summer vacation, this clean and comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house places you just across the street from the oceanfront homes. Tucked beneath towering live oaks and swaying palmettos, 32 Mallard is the kind of classic Hilton Head beach house families fall in love with year after year. Just steps from the sand, this sunny yellow retreat blends vintage charm, cozy comfort, and an unbeatable location. Just 50 steps to the sand and you can see the ocean from the kitchen table and front deck. Just across the street from the Oceanfront homes, you have found the perfect getaway at an affordable price.



The entire experience was excellent. Everyone had a wonderful time and said it was their new favorite spot. The proximity to the beach, the porches, the living areas, everything was perfect.



Inside, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a welcoming dining space for family dinners and game nights, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for everything from quick breakfasts to Lowcountry seafood feasts. Thoughtful details throughout — from brass beds and coastal artwork to the stained-glass bathroom window — give the home its warm, nostalgic character.



Outside is where this cottage truly shines. Sip your morning coffee on the wraparound deck, relax beneath the palms in an Adirondack chair, or wind down after the beach on the screened porch with the evening breeze rolling in.
