Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, overlooking wide views of Palmetto Dune's 11-mile lagoon but only 6 rows from the beach, this home has all of the features you would expect in a luxury home. This home has the Southern charm entrance with the “petticoat” stairs, covered front porch and four rocking chairs. As you enter this home you will first notice the beautiful, dark hardwood floors and open floor plan. The living room has two sofas, a chair with ottoman and a 55” SMART TV mounted over the fireplace. To the right of the entrance is the dining room with seating for six. This opens up to the large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a kitchen island with sink and dishwasher and a 6-burner Thermador Professional gas stove. Two chairs at the countertop is a perfect place to sit and watch the chef prepare your favorite meal. There is also a kitchen table that seats six. To the left of the front door is a large office with a desk, chair and bookshelf full of books to read by the pool. In the hallway is the ½ bath. Bedroom #1 can be found on this level and has a queen bed, accent chair and 36” TV. There are beautiful views of the lagoon and access to the outside deck. The private bath is beautifully tiled and has two separate vanities, soaker tub and walk-in shower.

From either the kitchen or living room you have access to a covered deck with ceiling fans, Weber gas grill, patio couch and two chairs. This overlooks the pool and lagoon. Down 16 stairs to the pool and spa there is a wonderful outdoor entertainment area. With its own private dock, you can fish, take a sunset boat ride or watch the wildlife & listen to the ocean. A beautiful pool/spa next to the outdoor kitchen & large game room below complete the backyard oasis. There is an outdoor shower by the garage for rinsing off from the beach or before you enjoy the pool. You’ll find four lounge chairs lined around the pool for soaking up the sun. There is an outdoor fireplace with two chairs. A covered outdoor kitchen with a round table that seats four, large brick counter with sink and gas grill plus a mini fridge to keep those poolside drinks cool. You can relax on the love seat and two chairs and catch the game on the mounted 42” TV. Behind this is a game room complete with ping-pong table, foosball and darts.

Back inside on the main level, the laundry room can be found behind the kitchen. It has a sink, washer and dryer. This is where you will find the 18 stairs to the second floor. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a twin size day bed, accent chair and 32” TV. The private bath has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The loft area has a wicker love seat. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and twin daybed and shares a bathroom with Bedroom #4. The bathroom has two separate vanities and a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #4 has two twin beds.
