First of all, Lisa is fantastic in communicating with us. The condo is in a nice neighborhood, about 10 minutes walk to the beach. We like the layout of the condo, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 2nd floor is a living room, kitchen and dining area, 3rd floor is a master bedroom. They have beach chairs, beach umbrella and some other beach items there for us to use which is great. The only problem (not really a problem but it was pouring rain when we got there and made it harder) is a long walk and stairs from the parking to the condo, but they do have an elevator, that makes load/unload stuffs not easy. Overall, we love this condo and had a great time. We will definitely be back! Thank you Lisa!!

As soon as we walked in, immediately fell in love with how every space was utilized. Very well put together. The downstairs beds were very uncomfortable and very hot downstairs. The the water pressure was very low which requires you to have longer time in the shower. My mother stayed in the master suite and said the bed was so comfortable, she wish she couldā€™ve taken it home. Besides the scorching hot down downstairs, uncomfortable beds and low water pressure. overall was a great location for the price.

Planned a week for a family wedding at Honey Horn. Property owner was very responsive,helpful and kind. Decor is very nice. Complex is quiet and peaceful. Pool was nice, but the deck chairs and tables needed cleaning badly. I do recommend a wagon for loading and unloading. There is an elevator, but there is still a decent haul to the condo, so pack light! King mattress was comfortable, but after getting some sun i would have loved some softer sheets though. Watch for deck boards that may have popped up. Trail to the beach was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Lisa, the owner, was very helpful with any questions we had. The unit is super clean. The beds and furniture are comfortable and attractive. The unit has a fun, beach vibe with beautiful artwork. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the gorgeous walking trail. There are a lot of steps, which we were aware of before renting. We had no problem with them physically. Itā€™s a bit more challenging to carry up oneā€™s luggage or groceries, but only a minor inconvenience. We loved our stay!

We booked the property for the Hilton Head Marathon (which was cancelled). I had no idea it was so close to the beach. The property was within walking distance of the beach and several dog-friendly places to eat. It was a wonderful place to vacation with our dog. Lisa was wonderful about sharing information to make our stay as pet-friendly and enjoyable as possible.

Had 4 guys stay here while we played in the Golfweek Amatuer Tour National Championship. Place was very clean and just as advertised. Would recommend for anyone looking for a spacious clean place at HHI.

This condo was everything we didn't know we needed! Seemingly secluded while being a short walk, bike or car ride to your heart's desire made for a wonderful vacation . The grounds were well kept and the condo was clean, comfortable, and very spacious.

We loved the location and the landscaping was outstanding - relaxing being in the treetops. One of the few places dog friendly in the area and the inside was very nice and clean. For seniors - be aware that there is a long walk to the entrance from the parking lot and steps up to entrance and 3 levels with entry on the bottom level - so if you have alot to bring in (then groceries) or difficulty walking/doing steps it can be exhausting for seniors. Overall great stay and host was great.

The home is a wonderful place! The view from the balcony and dining room is great! The bed in the master was comfy, and the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. There many stairs but worked out great for me! Very close to bike paths and walking trails! We hope to stay again

Large beautiful condo, very clean, and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed, even a few much needed spices! Peaceful balcony with the sound of fountain thru the trees and Spanish moss. This is a unique complex with the board walkways. Host gave exact directions for condo location, bicycles, beach, codes, and very quick to respond. Loved the dual HVAC system, as the master suite can be hot.

Our property manager Lisa was great to deal/book with. We had several questions due to only two parking spaces allowed. She was very responsive to all our interactions. It worked out well for us after all due to some family to leave and arrive at different times and one took a flight in. The property was very spacious for five adults and one rambunctious toddler. The condo itself was nice, but we ended up washing all the bedcovers we keep seeing a lot of dog or cat hair. Especially on the toddler, cause we couldnā€™t keep him off the floor/rugs. We removed all the decorative bed pillows due to hair again. We are not animal people dogs nor cats! We lint rolled the couch and swept the rugs. The kitchen is fully stocked we had everything we needed for our ā€œat homeā€ mealsā€¦.. breakfast. The other time we took advantage of the local restaurants and enjoyed all that we were able to get into. The home is in a great location we walked to several restaurants with a 20/25 minute walk. We walked to the beach, about a 10 minute walk. The TWO bicycles came in handy, only two adults chose to ride. We chose to take the trolley back to the condo one night only because the sky threatened of rain. You could tell our condo had a remodel inside, Howe the Community seems a little worn. So work on the grounds and pool area is needed. We enjoyed our stay and have plans to come back. Itā€™s been a few years since our last visit to HHI, so much has changed for the good!

We were a family of teenagers, parents, and grandparents staying in Hilton Head over spring break. We have been going to Hilton Head for six years now, and this was the nicest unit we've ever stayed in. Really enjoyed the beautiful beach decor and layout. However, the stairs to the master bedroom on the 3rd level presented a bit of a challenge for my mother-in-law's mobility. It helped having the elevator to get her up to the entry level of the unit, and she was able to manage alright going up two extra flights of stairs to her bedroom, but it had been a concern for us before our arrival. The two bedrooms on the lowest level were perfect for my husband and me and our teens. I also really enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the mornings and drinking my coffee among the treetops and can see why they named the complex as they did. We also got some use from the provided bikes and were impressed with their near perfect condition. The unit is very centrally located to all our favorite spots at Coligny Plaza and Sea Pines, and we enjoyed hanging out and playing cards at the Loggerhead Bar in the afternoons. Lisa the owner was very friendly and helpful when we had questions come up. It was my in-laws' first time at Hilton Head, and I think they were so impressed that they want to return for a big family reunion next time!

The unit was exactly as advertised - which we always appreciate! The layout was great, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Even the bikes were brand new. The location was fairly central which we liked. The beach is a short 750m walk down a straight path (with the Marriott beach bar right there) and Coligny is a short bike ride away. Lisa was accessible and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

We loved the location. It was close to the tennis matches we attended and to great restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. The condo was adequately furnished. The sectional provided comfy seating for many to lounge at the same time. We had plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils. A few more washcloths would be nice. One of the reasons we choose this condo because it was pet friendly. We have a dog that does not shed. There was dog hair on the bedspread and some of the soft seating. I put the bedspread in the closet so that we didn't get hair on our clothes. There are steps to / from the condo and inside the condo. If you struggle with stairs this could be a challenge. Overall it was a great condo and I would stay there again.
