24 Rum Row is a luxury vacation rental home in a fabulous location in the award-winning Palmetto Dunes Resort. Stylish, bright, and sunny, this 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath stunner has something for everyone. Located on one of this resort’s signature winding lagoons, it is also an easy walk to the beach. The yard is meticulously landscaped, and the petticoat stairs lead you to the front porch where there are two rocking chairs. This home is the ultimate in coastal chic and has been thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. There are lots of high coffered ceilings and big windows that give an open and spacious feeling throughout, while multiple ceiling fans create a gentle breeze.
The burnished dark hardwood floors lead you into the spacious and inviting open floor plan. The living room has two gray sofas, two swivel chairs, a 65” TV mounted over the fireplace, and built-in shelves on either side. The brand-new large kitchen has beautiful marble counters, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a KitchenAid fridge, 5-burner gas stove and double ovens. The large center island features the sink, dishwasher and microwave and has seating for four. In the dining area there is a farmhouse table that seats eight and sits by the window looking out to the lagoon. Off the living room and dining area there is a spacious, fully furnished, screened-in porch with a ceiling fan, patio couch, two armchairs, and a 50" SMART TV. This room overlooks the pool and the lagoon, perfect for unwinding.
The bedrooms here have an abundance of King beds, four total plus a Queen bed. The first master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a 50" SMART TV, big private bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, large marble and glass shower, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom on this level also has a King bed, 48" SMART TV and the prettiest private bath featuring a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and the ever-popular Shiplap paneling. In the hall to the left of the entrance is a ½ bath with pedestal sink and further down is the laundry room complete with a sink and Electrolux front loading washer and dryer.
On the second floor (20 steps) you have the second master bedroom with a king bed, some comfy chairs next to the large windows, a 55" SMART TV and a private bath with marble flooring, double sinks, and a walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms have a King bed and a Queen, both with 48" SMART TV's and share a Jack-n-Jill bath with pocket doors, two double vanities, and a shower/tub combo. Also on the second floor is a cozy, inviting living area with lots of comfortable seating, a Queen Sleeper Sofa, two swivel chairs, a white armchair with ottoman, cushioned window seats, a desk and chair, a checkered game table with two bean bag chairs and a 65" SMART TV mounted on a shiplap accent wall. The perfect room for entertaining!
The pool and hot tub have a spacious patio and a view of the lagoon, with tall trees to offer some shade from the heat, while also having lots of room to lie out and sunbathe. There are seven lounge chairs and a table with four chairs under a large umbrella. Also off the pool deck is a covered dining area with built-in Napoleon gas grill, sink, mini fridge, a table with seating for eight and a 55" SMART TV. Finally, there are bench seats down on the dock by the lagoon.
This home is a fantastic space for large families or groups with plenty of space to entertain and relax inside and outside.
