Start your beach vacation on the right foot in this beautifully renovated 3 bedroom/3 bath villa just steps to the white sandy beach! Also, strong Wi-Fi easily accommodates working/schooling remotely, so stay awhile and enjoy the beach and other amenities when you wish.

This villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. The 2,000 sq. ft. open floorplan allows room for the family to sit back and relax, or to enjoy game or movie nights (we'll provide the popcorn!), dining, preparing tasty snacks or epicurian delights in the fully-equipped kitchen. But, you didn't come to Hilton Head Island to stay inside. Gather everyone around the dining table to plan your island adventures. Will you do some biking? Maybe a kayak tour? Play in the ocean?

After a day of walking around town, enjoying fantastic food at our many fine eateries, or shopping at our fashionable and unique boutiques, you may want to pack your picnic basket and head to the beach for an evening of stargazing. Our stay was good but a few things that could have been better to make it a little more pleasing.1) There was barely any silverware or glasses. Not a complete set for everyone in our party. 2) The fridge drawers were damaged and didn't fit in the track well so they were nearly impossible to move.3) There were not enough towels.4) The listing of ocean view is a stretch. You can barely see the ocean from the room.5) The location is ideal to the beach but also invites the public so the resort doesn't feel exclusive at all.6) The whole time we were there the hot tub was broken.I would definitely not return to this resort. The pictures look very updated but actually the building is very old.

The location is truly excellent. Walk out straight to the beach, having 2 pools, being able to walk to many great restaurants and shops. It cannot be beat! We had a multi generational family and it was really great for all of us - kids, teens, adults. The overall property is nice, but you can tell the common areas get a lot of use.We had a number of issues with our unit. Most things inside were very used and in need of an update. The lights flickered in the main space and we ultimately just shut them off. There is not enough comfortable living room seating for the number of people that can sleep in the unit. Itā€™s just 1 sofa, and 2 small chairs that arenā€™t very comfy. One of the toilets didnā€™t work, we called and they said theyā€™d send someone and we never heard more. We didnā€™t want to be tied to the unit all day so just didnā€™t use that toilet. The listing advertises an indoor pool (huge perk on a rainy day with kids!) but it was not that at all - there was an indoor lap simulator The lights in the hallways didnā€™t turn on until late in the evening, long after the halls were pretty dark. The elevator was also finicky at best, and we ultimately carried many bags up and down stairs. I realize much of this is a frustration with the overall property but I feel it is important feedback for the property mgmt companies representing the units. We love Hilton head and loved this location but ultimately will not rent this unit again unless it gets a full update.

Exceeded expectations

We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of space we had for our family of 5. 3 huge bathrooms, 3 large rooms. Everything we needed in the kitchen. I brought my own detergents and hand soaps but didnā€™t need them because they were provided. They were even the nice hand soaps, not the generic bar soaps that are usually in hotels. They even provided beach towels! Our host was responsive and accommodating. We plan to come back soon! The only negative was that there was construction going on each morning but one morning, right beside our place. They started before 6 a.m. one morning so we never enjoyed sleeping in because of the noise. That was not necessarily the hostsā€™ fault and not sure what can be done about something like that. But that was pretty annoying.We still want to come back!

Great management company diverted a disaster

We booked this location for a family vacation without any notice from the property that the entire complex was going to be under construction / refinishing all exterior surfaces on the building. The management company was given extremely short notice from the complex that all exterior would have scaffolding and plastic. Thank goodness they were able to find a property on short notice that met our requirements for our family flying in from all over the US.

I wish I could give 5 stars

Location is perfect, easy parking, nice beach and pools and the 3 bedroom unit was more than big enough for 7 adults. The reason I had to subtract a star is because I feel we should have been warned about the noisy construction going on. We were woken at 7AM each morning and the noise went on all day while trying to relax at the pool.

A Great Family Vacation!

We just had a fantastic time here. The 3 bedroom/3 bath Villa was perfect for our family gathering! No problem with 6 adults and 4 kids, plenty of rooms and beds! Next year weā€™re definitely coming back. Being able to receive medical prescriptions and packages via the Corpus Christi office was priceless. The staff and support there was awesome!

Wonderful! Exceeded our expectations!

We had an amazing time. From the second we booked through end of our stay, the communication was great, even when we requested another parking pass at the last minute. We really appreciated it. The condo was absolutely SPOTLESS and extremely spacious! The location is fabulous, next to the beach and very short walking distance to shops and restaurants. We could not have been more pleased with everything! Already looking at the schedule to plan another trip. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Hilton Head Island Golf Trip

Beautiful condo with three separate bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms. Fantastic location on beach and across the street from Coligny Plaza. Would highly recommend for golf or beach vacation.

FAMILY HALLOWEEN REUNION IN HILTON HEAD

With one daughter in Charlotte NC and the other in London, England, we all get together once a year in the US and make it special. It used to be our "THANKSMAS" combo holiday but with the younger ones now in school, it had to become during her October school holiday so we do American Halloween. In 2021 it was in Nashville; this year we did Hilton HEad which we have a long ago hx of visiting via a timeshare, now gone. Our daughters loved to show their children the sights, the alligators, the big beach and their fav restaurants. We added a very successful dolphin tour and some new restaurants. The 3 br-3 bath condo was perfect for the 10 of us and didn't feel crowded at all. The beach, ocean, pools, hot tub, and the bar were all enjoyed. It was a grand get-together. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies for meals in. Highly recommend!
