13 Wren Drive is a wonderful home located in Sea Pines. It is just a short 5-7 minute walk to the ocean and a short walk to South Beach Marina! It is perfect for a family who enjoys spacious living.

When entering the home on the first level, you will have the laundry room to the right and stairs right in front of you. On the first level you have two bedrooms; the first bedroom on the left is the twin bedroom with a 24" TV, the second bedroom on the left is the king bedroom with a 32" TV and direct access to the backyard. The two lower level bedrooms share a full hall bath with an updated walk-in shower. Straight ahead you will find the den. This room is very cozy and boasts all new furnishings including a king size sleeper sofa, 2 swivel chairs, 55” SMART TV and direct access to the back patio and pool area with propane grill station for your use.

On the second level of the home, you will find the fully-equipped renovated kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and granite countertops. The unique granite breakfast bar with 4 bar stools is a gorgeous feature to this new kitchen. There is also a large screened porch with high vaulted ceilings and a beautiful teakwood table for 6 to enjoy outdoor meals. Additionally, on the porch there are two outdoor love seats and a few chairs so you can kick back and enjoy your favorite book.

The main living area has a 50” SMART TV, a large L-shaped sofa, glass coffee table, and a game table for 4. It leads to the large upper deck overlooking the tropical landscaped yard and pool. Off the living room is the master suite, which has hardwood floors, a king sized bed, 46" TV, a private bathroom with a large vanity, double sinks, a sunken tub and separate tiled shower.
