Welcome to 11 Beachside Drive in Sea Pines! This is a wonderful elevated 2-story home offering four large bedrooms and four private baths and is located in the South Beach area and only steps from the beach!

The spacious living area is open and bright with light hardwood floors, a sofa, love seat and 2 recliners, providing a relaxing atmosphere for watching movies on the 60" SMART TV or playing board games in the evening. There is also a corner desk to use if you need to do a little work or catch up on e-mails. A large sliding glass door leads from the family area to the spacious screened-in porch where there is a table that seats four plus two additional chairs. Adjacent to the porch is an outdoor deck with a table for 4 and a Weber grill to enjoy outdoor dining. While relaxing outdoors, you can take in the peaceful and tranquil landscape and see peeks of the ocean through the trees. The beach access is just down the steps from the outdoor sitting area!

Back inside, the glass topped wooden dining room table seats eight and separates the living room from the kitchen. The well equipped kitchen has been totally renovated; there are stainless steel appliances including a Café fridge and gas stove, beautiful blue granite counter tops and plenty of counter space. The breakfast bar offers seating for 3. Full size laundry appliances are located within the home.

There are two bedrooms located on the first floor of this beach home. The first floor master bedroom has a King bed, beautiful oak armoire and dresser, a bench seat at the foot of the bed and a 40" TV. Access to the outside deck is available through the sliding glass doors. The en-suite bath has double vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, 21" TV and the bathroom is accessed from the hallway which has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. To the right is a room with a queen size bed, 21" TV with DVD player and an en-suite with a single vanity and walk-in shower. To the left of the stairs is the second master bedroom which has a king bed, bench at foot of bed, accent chair and 24" TV. The en-suite has a single vanity and a walk-in shower. There are sliding glass doors that lead to a small outside deck with two chairs and an end table.

The beach path is just off the bottom deck, the large community pool is located close by as well as tennis and pickleball courts. Bike trails are located at the front of the complex where you can jump on and pedal your way around the beautiful Sea Pines Plantation. South Beach Marina is located across the street where you will find shopping, dining, entertainment, water sports, boat charters, fishing excursions and so much more.
