This spectacular Top Floor Admirals Row 402 Villa has been maintained beautifully and has been receiving satisfied "repeat" guests many years in a row. We have a guest book that is filled with many positive comments.

It's not just about the BEST view possible or the building's close proximity to the beach, but the important fact that this Villa is clean and comfy.

From the spacious entry hall which will immediately welcome you in with the beautiful bamboo hard wood flooring to the smooth ceilings and walls that have been professionally resurfaced. The elegant cabinets are maple throughout the entire villa.

The large bedroom has been reconfigured with built in furniture and ample storage. The queen size bed has a very comfortable memory foam mattress to offer you a good night's sleep.

The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper to accommodate two additional persons. It also has an easy chair and a 42" flat screen TV. There is also a beautiful newer ceiling fan in this room that is very quiet but really moves the air.

The kitchen has granite countertops, granite backsplashes, new elegant maple cabinets and a full size oven and full size refrigerator. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware, utensils, cutlery, a coffee maker, toaster and a newer blender.

The bathroom has been tastefully and thoughtfully remodeled with beautiful tile, a large storage cabinet, and new fixtures. Please see the pictures, which really don't do it justice.

When you stay here, you will be comfortable and relaxed! Since it is on the top floor, there will be no noise above you and the sound of the ocean waves will be calling out to you.

Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is a very nice, gated beach front resort that has been popular with vacationers for a long time.
The resort has two very nice swimming pools. The largest is an ocean front pool with a beach bar and grill. There is also an ice cream shop by the pool, a very popular spot for your children. The smaller pool is closest to Admirals Row and is in an intimate setting that many prefer. It is perfect on a warm afternoon after spending the day at the beach. You might want to use this pool for a quick cool down.

The tennis courts are kept in great condition and included with your weekly stay is 2 hours of tennis every day. Recently added: pickle ball courts!

There is also a playground on site and next door to the resort there is a public park with an even larger playscape with shade trees and restrooms.

Adults will enjoy the on-site Coconutz Sports bar. It has many wide screen televisions to view your favorite sporting events and enjoy a drink with your favorite bar food. You can also enjoy the view of the lagoon while you eat your dinner on the patio.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is a gated resort providing 24/7 security.
