Great location near Coligny Beach. Great pool for all ages with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The walk to the beach is easy, with automatic foot washers when you get back!The unit had plenty of space for our family of four.

Perfect views. Pool was amazing. Grounds are well kept and clean. Unit was not very clean, beds were horrible and uncomfortable. Unit had only one couch, not the 2 in the pictures. There was no comfortable place to sit, as the couch was old and sagging. Even kitchen chairs were not comfortable. Mold in bathroom, water damage on bottoms of doors, electrical switch plates were cracked, cabinet handles missing. Washing machine is moldy and dishwasher full of rust. Unit is in very poor condition. Towels and sheets were only thing clean in the place. Bedroom tv was also not working. Super disappointing

Beautiful Beach View, Bad Bed

The condo was lovely and the view was fantastic! The kitchen had most everything we needed but we did not do a ton of cooking. Unfortunately, the master bedroom mattress was incredibly uncomfortable and there was a very noticeable and noisy plastic sheet under the bottom sheet. Neither my husband or I slept well even one of the nights we were there. This was a big disappointment to us.

Nice place with a great view

We have traveled to Hilton Head since 2012 and have stayed at different resorts and homes along the southern half of the island. This place had a great view of the ocean and had easy access to the beach. The pool was very nice and so was the hot tub. There was four of use and we had plenty of room to hang out. The only issues we had with the place itself was the exhaust fans in the bathroom were not working properly, which management was going to address. The other thing was the dishwasher racks had lost their coating and were staring to rust. The management company was going to have someone inspect and replaces them. All and all we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We are already looking forward to next years trip.

We had some great game nights at the dining table and movie nights in the cozy living room. Enjoyed the view during coffee every morning. We loved the place!

Great location and property, but unit needs a deep clean.

We really enjoyed our stay as this was a great location and the overall property was perfect. This unit is in dire need of a deep clean. There was literally a thick layer of dust on the tops of the kitchen cabinet doors and elsewhere. It seems as though quick surface cleaning is all this unit has had for some time. If that issue was resolved we would stay here again.

Everything You need on Hilton Head

Very clean, new appliances, AWSOME Pool and pool area. Right on the beech, close to everything, food, groceries, We Loved Dough Boy Pizza!!! Bike trails are Fantastic!

Great location, lovely view

Came down from NC to join friend who drove from So FL. We both enjoyed our casual week at the beach. Parked the cars and walked to shops and restaurants at Coligny. Perfect spot. Rental agents were very quick to respond to a couple of small issues with TV and blinds. The sofas were not very comfortable and we had some difficulty getting up into the patio chairs. Definitely need new flatware in the kitchen. We only found THREE FORKS! Also could use some hot pads.

Perfect location

Overall I think most reviews here about the decor and furniture to be pretty spot on so sure it could use some updating. However, the location to shops, food, beach, and pool are honestly perfect. Not to mention the management team went above and beyond to rectify an issue we had during our stay. Honestly, if you want a great place to crash, but be central to everything HHI has to offer this is the spot.

Could use some tlc

We arrived and were immediately greeted by a very musty smell and feeling of dampness inside. The cloth couches, bedding and rugs were evidently holding this smell. It was everywhere. After closer looking, ALL of the air vents were covered in mold. The smell was literally being blown in the the condo. My son suffered from sinus issues all week, and I fear it was because of this. The lampshades even had mold spores all over them... I went to the store and bought all new bed coverings, pillows, blankets, etc. I even bought extra so I could cover the couches. The washing machine was a front loader and it had mold on it too. After my own thorough cleaning, and after changing out bedsheets and pillows, we enjoyed our stay. The location was great and we loved being so close to the beach and pool. My recommendation would be to change out all air vents (very cheap to do) and I would consider new couches and chairs. They were older and not very clean.

Very nice condo

The condo was very nice. It was exactly as pictured in the listing. It was very private, with access codes to get onto the property, into the condo, and onto/back from the beach. My only complaint is that the bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable.

Beautiful location and view but needs updating.

Checked in on a Sunday so we were just left an envelope with instructions we had to collect from a nearby office. There are codes for everything but we didn't know there was one for the front door as others we spoke to had actual keys. Apartment was a good size situated in a pleasant, clean complex with a beautiful view. Overall, it was satisfactorily clean but dated. The couches and cushions were grubby and the chair arms threadbare. The patio furniture and master bed mattress need to go. Whilst the provided white linen was spotless the quilt cover and bed pillows haven't been cleaned in some time. The bath in the main bathroom doesn't drain and the blind in the master is broken. I called the number in the welcome envelope to report these things on the Monday only to discover that the letting agency didn't cover our apartment at all. Obtained the correct number and left a message for Katie who I was told was the property manager but nobody ever called back. So, sadly we had no view from our bedroom all week. Overall, I'd stay again because the location was gorgeous and a short walk to Coligny Plaza but hopefully by the time we return some updates will have been done.

Needs a deep clean and updates!

This property had a great location and great view, however that’s where the greatness ended. The unit was not well cleaned - had mold in the showers, mold around all the air ducts, mold in the washer and around the refrigerator doors and the dishwasher was rusted out. After a long trip and unpacking we tried to make it liveable by cleaning and disinfecting the place. We bought tons of cleaning supplies, bought sheets to cover the sofas because they were too dirty to sit on, bought table covers for the patio table to make that useable. The floors and carpet were dirty. We managed to stay but it was not comfortable. We complained to the management company and they offered to have it re-cleaned, but a superficial cleaning would not have helped. It had supposedly been cleaned by housekeeping when we checked in, but again it was a superficial cleaning. We stayed because we didn’t want to lose all the money we spent on this place, but we would never stay here again. Definitely not worth the money!

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our week’s stay the last week of February. Weather was cool-cold, mostly sunny so we walked on the beach, went into the jacuzzi and visited the sites of Hilton Head. The condo is lovely, comfortable beds and furniture including a balcony where we could be in the sun but out of the wind on cool days. It fit our needs perfectly.

Gorgeous beach views

We have always stayed on the first floor villas at Shorewood and we found out we really enjoyed waking up to the ocean view in this 2nd floor villa. Everything was very nice and conveniently located within walking distance to shopping at Coligny Plaza.

Had great time at this property. Big, clean and Beachy. Great location to all amenities. Short walk to everything. Hope to come back many more times.
