With peaceful views all around this 4 bedroom and 4 bath townhouse located in the Huntington complex of Palmetto Dunes Resort is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the lowcountry!

Open the door to a bright foyer, walk into the cathedral ceiling living room with two sofas and two armchairs, a flat screen TV/DVD, and a large window that overlooks a portion of the 11 mile lagoon system. The adjoining dining area has corner windows, a table with seating for 6 or more, and 4 barstools at a dining/serving counter that is open to the kitchen. There is a deck off the living room where you can sit and enjoy the Lowcountry breeze and water views.

The cheerful, fully equipped kitchen, has updated appliances, a pantry cupboard, and a farm style sink ready to help prep your next family meal. Off of the dining area is a screened porch and a door leading to the landscaped grounds.

Just off the kitchen is the master bedroom, which has a king bed, a large window, a door to the screened in porch, and a spacious private bath with a double sink and a massive walk in shower.

The second bedroom on the first floor has two twin beds and a flat screen TV as well as private access the to deck off the living room. You will find a second bathroom with a standing shower as you make your way down the hall as well as a hall closet equipped with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Making your way to the second floor you enter a second sitting area with a plush sectional sofa, Flat Screen TV/DVD. Great for the kids of the family.

Just off the sitting area is the third bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bath. The final bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, walk in closet, powder room, and private bath with shower/tub combo.

The pool and hot tub are heated Oct, Nov, March, and April; the hot tub is heated year round, except for the month of January.
