Oceanfront Six Bedroom Spacious Home w/ Private Pool - Located in Sea Pines!

6 Black Duck is a beautiful six bedroom, five and half bathroom oceanfront home located in Sea Pines. With 6,465 square feet – this home can accommodate up to twenty two guests. The home is directly next to a beach path - making it a super easy walk to the beach!

The pool and spa are located on the ground level with a sun deck on both sides of the pool. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. This home has both a standalone gas grill and a built-in gas grill with a mini-fridge.

Main Level:

The main level is located up one flight of stairs. The first living room that has floor to ceiling windows with oceanfront views. There is a small porch with chairs for relaxing outside. A powder room is located close to the foyer.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and a double oven. There is a sitting area just off the kitchen with a large flat screen TV. The wet bar has a wine fridge, sink, and standalone ice maker.

A few steps away you will find the formal dining room with seating for up to ten. Plus there is a breakfast table plus bar top seating in the other room.

The master bedroom is oceanfront with a king bed, flat screen TV + access to the oceanfront porch. The private master bath has a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub + his and her sinks.

The second bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen TV. The private bath has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and granite countertops. Just outside this bedroom there is a twin bed and pull out twin trundle at the end of the hallway.

2nd Floor:

Bedroom three has two queen beds with ocean views. Bedroom four has a twin bunk bed. Both have flat screen TVs and share an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The fifth bedroom has two queen beds and oceanfront views. There is a flat screen TV and sitting area in the bedroom. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.

The sixth bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen TV. The private bathroom has a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and his and her sinks. There is also a small room that has a twin/twin bunk & pyramid bunk (full on bottom, twin on top) for extra sleeping options. This small bunk room would need to share a bathroom with one of the other bedrooms.

• Distance to Beach: Oceanfront - 120 yards to the beach via the path located off the pool deck.

• Pool/Spa Info: 17 feet by 26 feet. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks before your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

• 10 Beach Towels, 4 Beach Chairs, Washer/Dryer, Full Kitchen, Regular Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig, Wireless Internet

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking is available for 8 cars max. Car passes are an additional $17/pass/week + tax.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The area is so relaxing. The landscape and the trees make you feel at peace. We enjoyed going to the beach, the pool, the spa, riding our bikes, cooking on the grill and making memories with our family. The sunrise and the sunsets were spectacular. We will be coming back. 6 Black Duck Ideal Family Beach Vacation

The property was the perfect destination for our family beach vacation. We hosted our three grown children and their families of 14 ages 4 to 77. The house is spacious enough for everyone to have their own place to gather, sleep and play. The gourmet kitchen is wonderfully stocked and appointed, a dream to gather and cook in. The outdoor spaces are comfortable, beautifully landscaped, and only a short walk to the beach. Thanks to property management everything about our stay was easy. When asked, my family had only one suggestion…”next time, let’s stay longer!”

Great home and great location.

Overall the house was very nice and the yard and pool area was excellent. The location of the home is ideal and the beach in that area is fantastic. There were a couple needed repair and maintenance items we noted.

Very nice property!

Nice property! Very clean, loved the ice machines, outside and in! Canopy quit working, was stuck out , which helped with the rain we experienced! Would recommend. Few minor issues, but nothing to complain about.

Best adult family vacation

We booked this house to enjoy with our 5 adult children and 2 significant others. Because of college and work lives it had been many years since we were all together. It was just perfect. Plenty of room and we made use of the whole house. We had a nice dinner celebration in the dining room and enjoyed the pool and beach every day. It was perfect. The management company was so responsive. We were sad to leave and will definitely book again.

Family reunion

Beautiful

The house and the location is beautiful! There was a slight musty smell when we first arrived but we understand that that is fairly common with properties on the water and didn’t bother us much. They were working on the property right next to us which was quite annoying.. thought maybe once the weekend rolled around they’d have stopped but nope haha! I understand it’s out of there control and we turned some tunes on to drown out the noise. Nice additions to the property would be a make up mirror in the master bedroom bathroom along with a blow dryer for each bathroom, more paper towels (we only had one roll for the 4 of us for almost a week and no napkins or anything) and extra throw blankets and pillows as we didn’t want to mess up the beds that weren’t being slept in. We enjoyed the sunsets every night and the kids loved the pool. We paid to have the pool heated but the hot tub wasn’t hot at all and the pool was fairly cold.. not that big of a deal being the days we were there were nice and warm… but had it been a chilly week my kids would have been a little disappointed. The deer running through the shrubs every night was fantastic as well!! We will definitely be back to HHI and you won’t be disappointed with this property there is plenty of space and privacy. The walks on the beach were fun you never knew what you were going to find.

One of the best beach house experiences

The property is super clean, very well decorated and maintained. It is located in the gated sea pines resort so you don’t need to worry about traffic or getting touristy like in Outer Banks. Kids loved the private beach, it’s so big that there is enough space for any outdoor activities. We also saw dolphins multiple times during the stay, the kids were absolutely ecstatic.

Understated House

We rent houses on VRBO several times each year. This House is a blue chip property. Excellent layout. Plenty of room in the kitchen and seats for eating. Ice machine in the kitchen for making drinks. Additional ice machine pool side for making more drinks. Large natural gas grill we used several times. Nice gym for working out. There is a peloton bike so bring your shores. Beautiful ocean view! Short walk to beach. Pool is in the shade so the water is cooler and refreshing. Super clean!!

Hilton Head Oceanfront Enjoyment

We booked this house with a few other families for our son's senior trip/Easter break and it was perfect. We had a total of 12 people staying in the house and we all had plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were refreshing and the ocean was just a few steps away. The view is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were very spacious and provided all families with exactly what they needed. We loved the kitchen and enjoyed many meals and laughs around the large arched granite countertop. We highly recommend this house if you have a large group. Biking around Hilton Head is fun especially on the beach. The rental company was very responsive to any needs we had and made all of us feel very welcome and appreciated.
