Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head. This charming two-story villa in Sea Pines offers the perfect combination of relaxation and convenience, just a short bike ride to the new Sea Pines Beach Club or a one-minute drive. With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, the villa comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, featuring a king, queen, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa, making it ideal for families or groups.

Step inside to discover two inviting living areas, allowing children their own space while parents relax in comfort. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, large closet, and a full bath with a tiled shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bath, while the first-floor bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom.

Enjoy cooking and dining in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, dishware, and small appliances, along with start-up supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. Bed linens, towels, an iron, ironing board, and vacuum are also provided, with central heat and air conditioning ensuring comfort throughout your stay.

Outside, the villa offers scenic views of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Links right from your backyard and comes with four complimentary adult bicycles and four backpack beach chairs for enjoying the nearby beach. High-speed cable internet with Wi-Fi keeps you connected, while the tranquil location allows you to unwind yet remain just minutes from the shopping, dining, and recreation of Harbour Town and the many attractions of Sea Pines. 2nd time at same unit

This was our second time staying at this property. In 4 years you can tell it’s been vrbo, dining room table, floor, bathroom vanity all had excess signs of wear. What was once new it’s starting to look rough. Refrigerator took entire 24 hours to get cold. We walked in on pest control having access to our unit with out prior notification. Mattress pad had stains and should have been changed in between guests. Mang. Company did give us compensation however, I would have rather not had the stress and anxiety of walking into a stranger in our unit. My husband is retired cop, this could have been a very dangers situation for pest control as well as a liability of our personal belongings as we just stepped out for short few minutes. Locked door. Unfortunately I will we not be staying with this manager company again in future stays in HH.as we come several times a year .

This condo is beautiful and looks just like the photos. Everything was provided and it made for a wonderful stay. Upon arrival the window air conditioning unit was not working, however after one phone call they were able to come out and get it replaced. Very happy with this rental.

Nice place

Some friends and I stayed here during the Heritage golf tournament. It’s just a few minutes from Harbour Town. Spacious and clean with a nice view of the adjacent golf course. Place was as advertised.

Our stay

Property was in a great location with the golf course behind villa! Check in and out process was a breeze. Overall the cleanliness of the property was poor. There was hair from the previous group in all of the showers plus the one bath upstairs which is where we bathed our children one of them being a newborn. We had to clean the showers and tubs ourselves after arrival. I do not feel like we should have to clean after paying for the rental and fees associated with it. The freezer/ refrigerator was leaking water out into the kitchen. Individual came out the same day of call to fix it and said he tightened around the water line…. It was still leaking the next morning ( we had a toddler with us and having water leaking in the floor is frustrating) The shower in the master bedroom does not drain and you are standing in a pool of water by the end of the shower. Thermostat/ ac unit stopped working and it was 75 two of the nights we were there which was miserable when trying to sleep. The managers got someone out to fix the issue later that afternoon.

Rest & Relaxation

Our stay at 53 Woodbine Villas was very nice. Many updates have been done to this unit. The location is excellent for Sea Pones beach club as well as biking to Harbor Town. We will definitely keep this unit on our short list!

Nice home in great location

We loved the location of this rental. A quick bike to the beach, and harbor town. The home was recently renovated and is great, and kitchen was well stocked as well. The couches and beds are a bit old and the mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. Surface cleaning was fine, but the home could use a thorough cleaning. Under the beds were very dirty, and air vents and AC were very dirty as well.

Golf haven

HHI is a great spot and this rental had what we needed - tons of couches, 3 showers, plenty of space, a well-supplied kitchen, good W/D. Boys loved being right on Atlantic Dunes and a short ride/drive from the Clubhouse, and range. Had lots of space for clubs, beach gear, games. Only issues were an older grill we couldn't get above 225, lack of dark shades in upstairs' bedrooms.

Great location on HHI in Sea Pines

Great location. Very convenient to golf, beach, and Harbour Town. Very clean and well kept place with lots of room. Not an issue, but would be good to know if you could add additional bikes beyond 4 provided. Would stay here again.

False title

Didn’t actually even get to stay here because it was listed with “PETS ALLOWED” in the title which was a lie. Hilton Head island rentals moved us to a different property when I said we would be bringing a support animal. The new property was more expensive and not located in sea pines and the person we communicated with was extremely rude. Highly recommend not renting any property from Hilton Head Island Rentals.

Our stay was good.

The cleanliness of the villa was not well. Lots of dust under the beds with the downstairs having an unused diaper under the bed. The shower in the master bath was not cleaned well at all. Hair, hair ties and Bobby pins left in the pull out sink drawer. The shower in the master bath looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The bottom had black filth all over it. I used a Clorox wipe to clean it and it still didn’t come up. The other upstairs bathroom had sand in the tub. Dishes put away that were not cleaned well. Muffin pan still had baked residue in it. Even though we didn’t use the pan, I still cleaned it. However the villa is very pretty and updated nicely. Enjoyed having the bikes and chairs for the beach. Not a far bike ride to the beach. Overall we had a good time staying at the villa. The cleaning crew needs to step up their game. Not impressed.

Perfect location

We had an excellent vacation in Sea Pines. I can’t stress enough how perfect the location was for us. The unit was great - completely updated and comfortable, but the floors were filthy. It was like they didn’t sweep or vacuum after the group before us.

Wonderful property!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Everything was in great condition, very clean and completely updated. The fully stocked kitchen was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Hilton Head!

A fabulous property!

We really enjoyed staying here. The unit is close to the beach and golf. The bedrooms are spacious, and everything has been updated. The kitchen was well stocked. The bikes that come with this unit were a great addition. The down side was that this unit was dirty when we arrived. It had not been vacuumed, and the master bathroom was dirty as well. When I contacted the property management company, they promptly sent someone out who did NOT do a thorough job “recleaning.”Since property management was so responsive, I did not report that our unit still wasn’t clean. (Also, it rained a lot while we were there, and the ceiling in the main room leaked a little bit. Again, property management was very responsive and sent someone over right away. They said they would remedy this right away...but it is worth noting.)

Solid rental in a great location

The condo has been recently updated and it was very nicely done. The location is fantastic as it is a 5 minute bike ride to the beach and ~15 minute bike ride to Harbor Town. The included bikes are a nice touch. Would have liked the condo to be a little cleaner and it would be nice to have a vacuum / regular sized broom to perform some daily clean up. We did have a problem with palmetto bugs, but once we let management know they sent someone out the next day to spray. Very impressed with the response. All in all it is a solid condo in a great location.

Beautiful villa with great location

We had a very nice time and loved this villa. It is very close to the Sea Pines Beach Club (5' by bike, 1' car) and you could ride your bike easily to Harbour Town and South Beach Marina. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and close to restaurants (5-10'). Only negatives are the beds which are on the firm side. The master bed is very very hard and was uncomfortable. I would suggest bringing your own mattress topper. Wish there was more back patio space to sit outside and relax since it is a nice golf view. Overall, great place and the updates are beautiful.

June 2020 good value but those beds...

The pros: The villa is in a great location, about a 5 minute bike ride to beach club. The villa has been tastefully renovated and we appreciated that they included four bikes and (like new) backpack beach chairs. It was convenient to rent a beach trailer/carrier to one of our bikes. Big walk-in showers made it easy coming in from the beach and the water gets hot quickly. The AC worked great, so great that at 71 we were chilly and the villa is quiet. The cons: No dvd or Blu-ray player. I inquired about what type of coffee maker before my arrival so I could buy filters and didn’t get a reply. Note: You will need original, single serving Keurig cups. Finally, the beds. They were not comfortable at all. We had to buy 2 memory foam mattress toppers at Walmart and layer them just to sleep in the king bed upstairs. The queen downstairs is soft, king is hard and the twins were hard too. If you like a hard bed, you’ll be fine.
