If you want a fully updated home with lots of space, amazing views, large pool, close to the beach then look no further. 3 Lookout is located on a quite private cul de sac in Palmetto Dunes Resort with views of both the 11 mile lagoon system and the Robert Trent Jones golf course. It is less than a 1/4 mile from the ocean and offers seven bedrooms and six and half bathrooms. The home has a large swimming pool and hot tub with lots of outdoor space on multiple large balconies. All of this wonderful space is located on two floors and even offers an elevator that is especially nice for bringing in luggage or groceries.
If you are not familiar with Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, I can promise you will not be disappointed with the amenities offered. Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that spans 3 miles of beautiful beach front; and 11 miles of lagoons offering kayaking, fishing, canoeing, three golf courses, tennis courts, pickleball court and miles of beautiful bike paths including a path under the highway that allows passage to Shelter Cove Shopping and Marina. In the summer Shelter Cove offers a carnival type atmosphere with music, rides, and fireworks every Tuesday night.
Our home has a very large well equipped kitchen that is a cooks dream with gas stove, two dishwashers, two Keurig coffee makers, and a large commercial refrigerator and tons of counter space allowing for multiple cooks in the kitchen. The open floor plan makes sure that the cook does not miss out on any of the family activities. Upstairs we have another gathering spot with large TV, bar, and shuffle board that we like to refer to as the man cave.
Our home has no shortage of bedrooms or places to sleep with 13 beds sleeping 23 people. The home has three master suites with kings sized beds two overlooking the golf course and access to balconies. Two queen sized bedrooms that have a jack and jill bathroom located between them and one of these has balcony access and golf course views. For families traveling with kids or golfers who want their own sleeping place, the large bedroom with six beds will be a big hit and is next to both a full bathroom and a half bath. The seventh bedroom offers two twin beds with private bath.
The outside space in 3 Lookout will beckon you to enjoy the large pool and spa, lounge by the pool with a favorite book, watch a beautiful sunset, seek shelter in a shady porch, play cornhole in the back yard, grill your dinner entrée on the weber grill, or rent watercraft to enjoy the lagoon.
We have tried to provide many amenities that travelers need or appreciate. Extremely comfortable beds with luxurious sheets and towels,, beach towels, bathroom toiletries, blow dryers, starter supply of dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liners, aluminum foil and plastic wrap, abundance of spices, beach cart and wagon for carrying beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, etc to the beach and lots of games and books to enjoy.

There is no shortage of entertainment options with our home. We offer shuffle board, ping pong, corn hole, lots of board games to enjoy during your stay.
With a three car garage, you will have enough room to park up to six cars in the driveway or garage. (the maximum Palmetto Dunes allows)
