This home features a private pool and spa + grilling area, screened in porch and half bath all located outside by the pool. The pool and spa are able to be heated with advance notice - see notes below.

Another perk? This is a dog friendly home! The pet fee is $250 plus tax and covers up to two dogs maximum. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please reach out to our office in advance to pay the additional fee and confirm your four legged BFF.

• Pool/Spa Info: Approximately 32 feet by 15 feet. The pool and spa at this home operate off both an electric heater or a propane heater. If you opt for electric heat – it is complimentary and will work as long as the outside temperatures don’t fall below 55 degrees during your stay. Typically this means you can heat the pool and spa with the electric heater from March through May and again September through October. If you opt for propane heat – it will work no matter the outdoor temperature, however there is an additional fee for propane heat on the pool and spa. For either scenario, please reach out to our office to confirm heat of the pool and/or spa at least two weeks prior to your arrival. The pool is not able to be heated in the summer months.

• Dog Friendly: This home permits a max of two dogs to stay in the home. The pet fee is $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and pay the additional pet fee.
