• Dog Friendly for 2024 Reservations Only: This home is dog friendly for 2024 reservations only. In 2024, it allows a max of two small dogs to stay in the home. The pet fee is $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and pay the additional pet fee. This home will NOT be pet friendly and no dogs will be allowed starting in 2025. The home is undergoing renovations winter 2024/early 2025 and no dogs will be allowed starting in 2025.

• Pool Info: 30 feet by 14 feet. The pool is able to be heated March through May, September & October for a fee of $50/day (four day minimum charge). It is not able to be heated if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Must call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival to arrange for pool heat.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking: There is parking available at the home for up to four cars max. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week. If you require more than the allotted amount of parking spots, please call Coastal Home and Villa for options.
