Welcome to 46 Lagoon Road, a private one-story home in North Forest Beach with a beautiful resort like private pool!

This home has been totally updated including beautiful Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors in the main living area, light gray walls, and is tastefully decorated with beach décor throughout. The living area has new furnishings to include a tan sofa, three armchairs, a beautiful fireplace, and a 48" TV, DVD player and stereo. The dining room has a wood table that has four seats plus a bench seat. The well-equipped kitchen is spacious, has beautiful maple cabinets, Corian counters, and stainless-steel appliances.

Down the hall from the living room is the laundry room and the three carpeted bedrooms (all have new linens). The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and 22” TV. Across the hall is a bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. Next on the right is another guest bedroom with king bed and a 22” TV. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom with a king bed, bench seat, and a 40” TV (firestick). The master bathroom has beautiful stone and granite vanity and a walk-in shower.

Outside there is a newer, private sunny pool with a cascading waterfall, the pool deck is large and done in stone, you will feel like you are at a private resort. There are five lounge chairs, an umbrella table for six, and a Weber gas grill. There is an incredible screened-in porch off the kitchen that has ceiling fans, a patio sofa, and two chairs making this the perfect place to relax after a day in the sunshine poolside or at the beach.

The home is located only a 5-minute walk from the pristine beach and to Coligny Plaza where there is something for everyone in the party. Coligny Plaza has over 100 shops, restaurants, and entertainment for all ages. Come and enjoy this wonderful home and make this the perfect vacation here on Hilton Head Island.
