Great family trip

Felt like the unit was much larger than the pictures suggested. Great pool area and easy access to the beach. Booking and check in process were all super simple, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo

The condo was just as pictured online. It was very spacious and perfect for our family that was traveling with an 8 month old. We loved the location and will return on future visits to HHI.

Girl’s weekend

Beautiful villa with plenty of room and a nice view of the pool area and peeks of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach. Parking was covered and easy access. Very quiet and clean location. I would definitely stay again!

Great experience all the way around

Beautiful condo in a great location. Would highly recommend this place, especially for tennis and pickleball players. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center is action packed with clinics and open court time.

Clean but needs upgrades

The property was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. However, we were really disappointed that the outdoor furniture had dirty and frayed cushions. The kitchen is NOT well stocked with proper pans, cooking dishes or utensils. There was one, rusty cookie sheet and one small casserole dish. No pizza pan, no other baking dishes. The two skillets available were pitted and in bad shape. The silverware was ultra cheap. A real disappointment since we like to cook and try new recipes during vacation. It looks like several updates were done, to be current with gray and white colors, but old stuff was left behind, like the brown carpet in the bedrooms, very uncomfortable green couch with stains and super old tan blinds that don't shut properly. For the cost of the unit, we did expect a lot better.

Those frogs though!!!

This condo is lovely, beautifully situated on a lovely, relatively quiet, section of the broad beaches of Hilton Head. The view of the pool and gardens is peaceful and pleasant, however in the evening, from about 8pm to midnight there is a cacophony, and by that I mean a deafening noise, created by the frogs that inhabit the ponds below the windows. The kitchen is modern and practical but we were quite dissatisfied with the way the place lacked basic supplies. We were shocked to discover not an ounce of coffee (enough for the first morning would have been sufficient), no salt or pepper, sugar, and no condiments whatsoever. I did find the dish soap and laundry soap and DW detergent you kindly provide. This sends the message that they are more concerned with guests’ ability to clean up after themselves than they are with the ease of their enjoyment upon arriving on property. Further, we were very disappointed to discover that our door lock had changed 2 hours earlier than our appointed departure time and left us locked out of our place at a critical moment in preparing for a flight departure. It took 2 phone calls to the property manager’s office and a 20 minute wait to resolve the situation. Further, the cleaning crew arrived at 9:25 am. Again, this was prior to our departure time and an unwelcome intrusion.

Perfect vacation condo

My husband, two teenagers, and I had a wonderful week long stay. This condo was perfect! Very clean and updated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean off the balcony. Pool and beach are literally steps away. We had no issues during our stay but I did contact the property manager with some questions before our vacation and they were very helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved our vacation in Hilton Head and at this condo!

Great Location

Overall, the property was great! It was comfortable and plenty big enough for a family of 3. While it was within walking distance of the beach, the ocean view was pretty limited. The refrigerator never got very cold. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have shades that better kept out the morning sunlight.

July at Hilton Head

Wonderful! Unit and grounds were exceptionally clean and very pleasant. Beautiful view of ocean and pool. Landscaping was great. Location was great ... easy walk to ocean and pool along well maintained walks. Convenient location for restaurants, groceries, shopping. Access to laundry and a full kitchen was perfect. We highly recommend this unit and hope to be back very soon!

Windsor ll

First, the good. Windsor ll is a well kept complex. This unit is spacious and adequately equipped. The decor is '1980's motel' as the photos show. Beds are comfortable. There is plenty of parking under the building and outside. The bad part was the noise. They were replacing windows and sliding doors in most units, which involved 2 large cranes that fired up at 8am every morning and lasted all day, along with saws and drills. Our rental agents were aware that this project was 2 months behind schedule, but opted not to mention it before we arrived. It took us a few days to realize this was not going to go away, long after we'd unpacked and settled in for the 4 week stay. Since the pool is in the center of the complex, there was no getting away from the noise. The agency seems to believe we didn't need to know about this and should have been happy to just endure the noise, as they won't respond to requests for guest protection policy. The other problem was the one elevator that served the entire wing. It broke down weekly; and the final week we were there, it was out almost the whole week. We were really worried we might have to haul all our belongings down 4 flights of stairs for our departure, but it was finally fixed the day before we left! This was an ongoing problem according to our rental agent. We got this AFTER we left. This is the kind of information I think this review forum is for- and you won't get from a rental agency.

Great vacation area.

The room was very nice and clean. The pictures don't do it justice. Great view of the pool and ocean. Just steps to the beach. Rented bicycles for the week and easily rode them everywhere. Perfect area for a family vacation.
