"I stayed in one of the dorm studio rooms, and it was fantastic! The room was spacious and quiet and clean. It had an efficient air conditioner which worked well and didn't smell of mildew.
They had a shared laundry amenity which I didn't end up needing, but was good to have available since everything is so humid in Hilo, damp clothes won't dry on their own.
I used the hot plate in the room to reheat some leftovers, which saved me some time and money on going to a restaurant.
I would recommend...

"What a magical place! The staff was so helpful, ensuring we had everything we need due to the upcoming storm. They even texted us when the volcano was fountaining so we could rush to view it! The kids loved waking up to the sights and sounds of a rainforest. Beautiful location."

"Two of the towels were not cleaned and still hanging behind the bathroom door. Some of the towels had stains on them. The property was ok but not super clean. It was just for one night so we were fine with it otherwise would not recommend staying in it for multiple days. The sofa bed was quite old. Definitely not worth $200+ per night."
