"Super cute little cottage with loads of character in a great location with cafes a pubs less than 5 minutes walk away.Absolutely fantastic customer service from Moxxi Property - somehow I left my iPad behind and they went absolutely above and beyond to return it to me which was greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay in this property again on my next trip to Launceston."

"This was our Launceston base for a family holiday and was perfect. Beautifully presented and appointed, we could easily walk to the city and loved our morning coffee taking in the views. We can’t wait to return and enjoy Sunhill again! Thank you!"

"cottage was clean and comfortable and well stocked with essentials. Would stay again.Bin not put out from previous tenant,1 downlight in dining area stopped working,1 downlight in lounge started flashing,couldn't get wall heater in bedroom to work,turned turntable and speakers on but couldn't get music to come out,not familiar with operation of speaker in kitchen,older adults not necessarily techno literate !!All minor niggles and did not adversely impact our stay in what was in all other...

"Very comfortable and warm. Double glazed windows on the main road side of property. Clean and crisp decor. Bit of damage to furniture and limited seating in loungeroom with a 3 seater and single for a home that can accomodate larger numbers. Needs either gas hot water or larger HW cylinder as 1 shower and hot water was out. Inconvenient if you had 6 adults staying there. "

"My husband and I are from NSW and travelled to Tasmania to catch up with our daughter, son-in-law and two little grandchildren. It was a perfect home away from home with so many thoughtful inclusions. Perfect location for going to the iconic Cataract Gorge. Loved the walks, parks and wildlife. Only regret we had was that we couldn’t stay longer. Would definitely love to stay there again. We were warmly welcomed with the home heated on arrival. Well equipped kitchen and highly recommend,...

"Tracey was very helpful with a change in our booking. Easy to enter property and it’s central to all things in Launy. The heaters were on for our arrival, so the periphery was toasty and warm!"

"A lovely, well appointed new property with plenty of space for 6 adults. Our host was most accommodating and prompt in her responses. We attended a football match at UTAS which was a short walk from the house. Easy walk into town as well, with a shopping centre (Coles, Kmart etc) just around the corner. If you are a light sleeper and do like a sleep in beyond 7am (weekdays) you may find the noise from the local Mitre 10 an issue. Thanks again Sarah"

"Check in was very smooth with great communication from hosts. Incredible views! Warm comfortable bedding, with spacious rooms, it had everything we needed. Very close to town, with IGA (and more importantly coffee!) just a street over. Would recommend a stay here. "

"Lovely place to stay. Had everything you need. Comfortable and close to the city. Perhaps needed an information booklet of some sort about the property. For example, the microwave/grill/convection oven was handy but needed a manual of some kind, and involved a bit of trial and error to get working. For somewhere so close to the city it was extremely quiet. Lovely bedlinen and beautifully decorated."
