"We arrived at 11 pm. It was pouring out and there is no awning/covered area for unloading. We drove to a competitor’s facility to get our overnight items ready so we wouldn’t get soaking wet. The receptionist was completely indifferent and not helpful. The hotel is clean and has lots of little thoughtful amenities that we appreciated. We woke up at 8 a.m. to someone banging on our door asking if we needed towels- no because we just checked in 9 hours ago. I mentioned this to the staff downstairs...

"Right from the walk in the door after a 10 hour drive it was awesome. Catherine was so kind and smiling. Nice to see at 10:30 pm Room was large, clean and nicely decorated. Beds and bedding was so comfortable. Perfect for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was ok very basic. Good to get on the road with 24 hour coffee and fresh water in the lobby. Lady that checked us out was also smiling and thankful. "

"Advertised as breakfast included. We were very disappointed, no coffee, just 2 types of juice, a hot oatmeal and 2 cold cereals available. Staff were not very informative."

"Wonderful hotel right in the center of town. Easy check in and nice breakfast. One slight issue is the heating/air conditioning units are a bit troublesome but still slept well."
