"Cute little apartment in downtown Newberg and very close to GFU campus (purpose of my trip). Quiet—if I had neighbors I never heard them. Not for the elderly or handicapped, though. Steep stairs to get to the second floor where the apartments are."

"The home is cozy and super cute. The owners definitely took their time with decorating this space. Very quiet and located in the Cully neighborhood. The outdoor area is a bonus as well. We will definitely stay here again!!"

"Such a lovely little gem near the center of town. The perfect fit for myself and two kids while on vacation. I appreciated the off street parking, and because we needed to do a lot of cooking, it had mostly what we needed to cook, and they offered to let us borrow anything from the main house that we might need. The hosts were very gracious and friendly. My only comment would be that there was a bit of a sugar ant issue that wasn't disclosed, so just make sure to keep all your food closed up....

"The property was clean and neat and modern. It had a microwave and a small refrigerator. But the best part was the bedroom. It had a memory foam topper and blackout blinds so you could sleep in a dark quiet room."

"My husband, sister, nephews (5 and 11) traveled with me to our Grandpas memorial in Eugene. That is a long drive from Seattle so we found this spot for the weekend. There was enough space for all of us. The bathroom was well stocked with clean towels and extra linens in the closet. On Saturday night after we got back the adults sat by the fire pit and shared stories. The back patio morning or night time was very quite which was very much needed. There is a coffee shop and tap house just minutes...

"I rented this cute space for my sister and her husband while they were here for graduation. It was perfect for them! Great location, close to our house lots of space, all of the needs plus some were met, and for a really affordable price! Chris was also great to deal with. Thank you!! "

"We had so much fun! There’s a hot tub, pool table, darts, and a projector for watching movies. The tiki bar was so so cute and the views were gorgeous. Overall was a great stay :) "

"We had a wonderful stay in the garden apartment at Irvington House. It is very clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the beautiful backyard several times by having dinner or a glass of wine on the patio. If you get a chance to say hi to Mark (the owner), please do! Not only is he extremely nice and fun to chat with, he is very knowledgeable about Portland and the Irvington neighborhood. Let's just say that our list of "must visit" restaurants is longer now than when we arrived!...
