"Marilyn and Jim couldn’t have been better. Communication was great, check-in couldn’t have been easier. The cottage was spotless. The beach area was a big hit. This is a sandy bottom lake which is great for water clarity and if you don’t like squishy/muddy lake bottoms. Sunsets right over the lake were amazing. Could’t recommend it more, enjoy!"

"This is a nicely updated, well appointed cottage. Sparkling clean. Excellent communication with the host. We very much enjoyed the peace and quiet on this low- wake lake. The beauty of the natural area across the lake and wildlife viewing was enjoyable. The furnished patio was the 'chef's kiss'. As we often do, we brought bottled water for cooking and drinking. There was wi-fi access. Lots of interesting Great Lakes history and family friendly activities within a short drive."

"Very pretty location with beautiful views of Hubbard Lake. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the wonderful dock- many steps to it but that was not an issue for us. Our Aussies loved going down to the water too. We slept great and enjoyed bonfires in the evening. . Short stroll to the cute corner store and delicious pizza from Smokey’s were a treat. "

"We had two large families stay here and found the property to be very clean, well stocked, and as advertised. There is no air conditioning in this home, so it got very hot! But, we knew that from the listing and packed a few extra fans which I would recommend. The property owner was very communicative and helpful. Overall, a great stay."
