"I chose this apartment for its location primarily and it was a hit. Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. "Everything was in order, the only thing that is important to understand is the bathroom is shared by three rooms. There was only two rooms occupied during my stay. It would be helpful to some guests to clearly state there are no private bathroom."

"This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again."

Easy on street parking. Only two towels though, for two females for two days. Not a huge deal but would have liked one or two more. "

The location was close to new york and a lot of good restaurants which was very appricated the only thing i would say is that the place didn't have the best air conditioning and we were forceed to sleep in the living room but that wasn't the problem for our group but overall expirence was very good"

"Check in was super easy. The host messaged me the code for the door lock on our day of check in and no issues. The room is above a steakhouse in an older, Victorian style home.
