"Amazing place but it was only 2 people. I would hate to sleep in the room with more people due to the size and couch positioning. Overall for a couples weekend. It’s amazing!"

"This property definitely has a unique, vintage charm and was one of the more affordable options we found. It's a good fit for travelers looking for a rustic, off-the-grid kind of stay. That said, there are a few things to note for future guest. The house itself is rustic; some may enjoy, though in our opinion could benefit some maintenance. There were personal belongings in the laundry room and pantry, along with a washer full of wet linens that were there for our entire stay. There was an...

"A very nice and quiet oasis tucked away from the noise of South Congress. Great communication and breakfast from the host. Highly recommend staying here!"

"This was my first experience living in a tiny house. This one has plenty of space to relax and take in the quiet of its tranquil garden setting. Minimalist interior. Very clean. And you're just around the corner from Dutch Brothers coffee. A grocery store, too, is within walking distance or a short drive."

"We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again! It was clean and comfortable and close to everything in downtown Fredericksburg. The street parking was no issue - huge street with plenty of room. The one thing that could use improvement is the showerhead - it's a small thing and didn't affect our rating but it could definitely use an upgrade."

"The house is tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. There are three bedrooms that are charming. The large bathroom was amazing. The double doors take you back to midevil times. Plenty of linens and soap. They leave you some much coffee and creamer along with a large basket of snacks. The beds were ultra comfortable. They have ROKU tv. The back sitting porch was so relaxing. I saw horses and deer every morning. The pool was beautiful. Very charming. Adorned with flowers all over the yard....

"The hosts were very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The check in was effortless and all directions were clearly shared in advance. The property is quiet and serene. The outdoor space and pool were a nice bonus. The location is 1 mile to Lake Georgetown and a 5 to 10 minute drive to shops and restaurants. Georgetown center is a 20 minute drive and has great restaurants and shops. "
