"This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. "

"This VRBO was perfect for my family! The location was super quiet and very spacious outside. The Property Manager was superb and allowed us to use both of her locations. The setup was perfect as it basically gave us a couple acres of gated land for our use. Daughters decided to do some fires and make smores while I enjoyed several beers in peace! Location is close to everything to include but not limited to food and shopping. If there were recommendations needed, the Manager knew exactly where...
