"Perfect location to beach and to Main Street (only 2 minute walk to both!!!) We spent time shopping and eating some amazing food. The place was very clean, the stairs can be a lil scary to go up to the bedroom, I almost tripped going down a few times. The bed was comfortable and there were multiple pillows. I would stay here again, it is off the main house but never saw the guests staying in the main house. Overall loved the place it such a great trip!! "

"We LOVED staying at this property and would definitely come back! It was right by a beach access point, 2 bikes included (GREAT perk for getting to nearby cities), short walk/ bike ride downtown, and the property had all the amenities we needed (dish soap, towels, laundry detergent, bathroom soaps, etc.). There’s a cute porch to sit on, the mini fridge was great for storing groceries, and it was nice and quiet. Only critique I had for the rental company was there were too many forms of...

"My husband and I just wrapped up a week stay and had a great time. The location is fantastic, easy and quick walk to the private beach access, pools and everything rosemary has to offer. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and would be great for couples or those traveling with young kids. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"Location was great. Place was very clean. Only two minor issues. We had trouble entering the main gate to get in. For future visitors… turn the handle and push in!!!! It took three of us to figure this out! Second issue was the toilet seat handle broke on the first day. Location is superb and would definitely stay in this carriage house again.Lisa"
