"The best of both worlds!! Ride to the hype of nearby parties and nightlife OR stay in the quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. Will book again for next year!!"

While there are multiple complaints of a lack of amenities we did not experience this, the description of the home mentions only having a starter kit but we did not need anymore than that. We had 10 people for 3 nights. There were plenty of supplies for us. The reason for the 4 stars is that the home had quite a bit of damage inside. Nothing to ruin our experience but there is room for improvement. We did report all damages we found and got quick...

"This was the cutest house we have ever stayed in! It was truly was a great spot to stay. The house has a wrap around porch with swing. We loved relaxing on the porch just people watching. The house is very open with beautiful furnishings. We liked the access to restaurants, the beach and shopping. The shuttle was helpful and friendly. The pools were very nice too. I would return!"

"This neighborhood is perfect and the house is gorgeous. We’ve stayed everywhere on 30A and we definitely like this area best. It’s not as crowded but can easily take the golf carts or bikes to Seaside square. Beaches are open and no private issues. Lots of restaurants around and close to Publix."

"Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless. The game room is perfect for kids. It is a short walk to the beach. The wagon and eight beach chairs made it easy to relax at the beach. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information."

"My husband and I stayed with our two dogs. Initially we planned on inviting our folks but they were unable to come down. So, it was a little big for just the four of us. We have stayed in this location before so we were familiar with how close everything is. Almost every day I ran and got coffee afterward. Starbucks is less than a block away for all those coffee lovers! Beach is not far of a walk either and for those concerned with safety, there’s a guard on staff at all times. We had issues...

"The house was beautiful, close to the beach and clean. With that being said the Wi-Fi did not work at all. Which would be ok except is also controls the TV. The oven does not work properly. Also the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors went off for several hours. I was on the phone EVERY SINGLE day of the trip with the company. They sent someone out but it was a huge annoyance and pain. I would not stay here again because of all of the inconveniences. They did give us a VERY SMALL...

"What a lovely trip! We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach—walked right down from our deck! The condo was just right for the 2 of us, and it was so nice to have uncrowded beaches! We’ll be back!!"

"We stayed here for family outing in November. The property is well described- roomy house and bedrooms- comfortable. The big selling point for us was the open front deck when weather was nice and then the front screened in porch for rainy days or buggy nights. Good location and free bikes are a plus."

"The house was well equipped and clean. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. We had a great view of the beach because the lot in front of hasn’t built a house yet. A short and easy walk to the beach, even carrying a light weight backpack beach chair and beach bag. The beach isn’t overly crowded. The pool is small but very enjoyable to relax in. Would be perfect for little kids to play in. Short drive to surrounding restaurants."
