"The studio was perfectly located in central seacrest. Just steps outside you have the pool, restaurants, a pavilion with nightly live music and a short walk/trolley ride to the beach. The studio itself was stocked with a small but perfect size kitchenette including a microwave and Keurig. The gold staple was that two beach chairs were included. Kim is such a responsive and friendly host, I would highly recommend her properties to anyone looking to stay in the area. I look forward to coming back...

We loved the location of this property- it was above a delicious coffee spot and across the street from Shunk Gulley( one of the highest rated restaurants on 30A).
