"Location is in the country. Very quiet, beds are comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen very spacious. Would have loved to stay here for a longer visit. Was down for a wedding so really didn’t have much time in the location to do the cooking like normal. But was set up for the ability to cook for a group or from scratch. Plenty for kids and adults to stay busy and entertained."

It would also be helpful if the property indicated where the washer and dryer were. Since there was a separate rental in the back, we didn't want to intrude. "My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again!"

"This properly was exactly what we hoped it would be! The house was very clean and spacious and everything has been updated. It has a very modern and new feel and it was well appointed. The beds were comfy and we all felt right at home during our stay. There were 5 adults in our group and we were in the area to kayak Ginnie Springs.
