A few steps lead to the spacious terrace and entrance, opening into a modern, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. This inviting space is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, flat-screen Smart TV, wardrobe, and a dining table with seating for six. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-ring ceramic stove & oven, Microwave, Refrigerator & freezer, Dishwasher, Kettle & toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and a french press coffee maker. From the living area, you can access the first bedroom with a Queen-size bed, two nightstands, ceiling fan, and window and the bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, sink with storage cabinet, mirror, and toilet.
From the kitchen-dining area you can access the second bedroom with a double bed, two nightstands, large wardrobe, window, and air conditioning and the utility room with a washing machine and storage space.

From the dining area, large panel windows lead to the large terrace, facing the Cretan Sea and Dia Island.
