The fully equipped apartment features a kitchen with a coffee machine, a terrace with seating, and a barbecue area. Guests staying at least five nights receive a free bed linen and towel package. For short stays of five nights or more, use of the electric car charging station is free. Arrival between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., departure by 10:00 a.m. Any stay that exceeds the specified arrival and departure times by one hour must be booked as a half-day. A security deposit of €500.00 is required upon arrival. Please empty the dishwasher before departure, otherwise a fee of €50.00 will be deducted from the deposit. Strict waste separation is in effect. Failure to comply with waste separation according to the house rules will result in a €350.00 reduction in the deposit.
