"In our 20 years of using VRBO, this was The Best experience ever! The check-in process was simple. The checkout requests were simple (take out the trash, put the sheets by the washing machine). This place shows that a lot of thought went into making it a welcoming, comfortable, and luxurious experience for visitors. The mattresses were new and firm; the towels were plush; the lighting was such that you didn’t even remember you’re in a basement. Would highly recommend!"

"This place was perfect for my husband and I. Check-in was easy and the house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We only cooked simple meals on this trip, but the kitchen had everything we needed. The LED lights are a pretty cool added touch, too. Communication with the owners was always prompt, and we’re already planning to stay here again."

"I recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy home base. It’s located close to the university and downtown. I walked to both. The neighborhood between the apartment and campus is a nice walk. The beds and couch were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The host was communicative when I had questions. Overall, we had a great stay!"
