"Check in, accuracy, cleanliness and communication throughout the whole process were all great. Location felt pretty safe, especially compared to other areas in the city. We used Lyfts mostly to get around - we tried the bus but wouldn't recomend at all (most locals don't use the bus either as we found out). "

"Such a cute guest house that sits behind a big historic home in a very beautiful historic neighborhood. If I were to live in Memphis, this would be the neighborhood I would pic. Felt very safe and the owner on property is very nice and helpful. We were only there 1 day as we traveled through for an overnight roadtrip. It’s hard to find places that don’t require 3 day minimum. (At least places that you’d want to stay!) super cute setup they have there. "

"I arrived at 6 some they sent me a code to get in never work from the front door somebody let me in they sent me a code for my room up stairs it never work I never been in the outside at all I stay out there all night I need my money back I never stay in there I text and email yall all last night because yall lack of communication sucks I never got a chance to go on the inside so I NEED MY MONEY BACK WHO CAN I CALL because this is sad waiting all night for yall to email me back "
