"All 6 families (from 5 different cities) agreed this place was a perfect place to celebrate our family birthdays. We took advantage of the location and spent time at James Ranch and Durango Hot Springs and Spa. Both were ideal for our group with adults and toddlers. There was more than enough room to spread out for our 10 adults and 2 kids. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The kitchen was very well appointed for the meals we cooked ourselves. There were lots of toys for...

"Clean, comfortable and very cute glamping tent was the perfect place to stay in Bayfield. It was well stocked with plates, silverware, towels, etc. The nights were chilly, but they provided two electric space heaters (in addition to the heat pump) which kept it very warm and cozy inside. It did make me a little nervous though, as there were no smoke alarms in the glamping tent. I also wish there were a broom inside, as lots of debris got tracked inside over my 5 day stay. I would definitely...

"Very clean, comfortable condo, super comfy bed. 2 blocks from restauraunts and shops...we walked to really good restaurants all 4 nights of our stay. Best meal was at Chimayo...don't miss it! Owner very accessable although we had zero problems. Highly recommend. The space is much nicer than the photos portray."

"Comfortable, clean and great location! Beds and linens were soft and comfy, wi-fi was strong and the kitchen was well stocked with actually usable cooking tools (not always the case at many rental). Kids loved the spiral staircase, loft area and having access to the hot tub and sauna. The condo is 5 minutes and a very easy drive to downtown. Easily bikeable if you don't want to drive. "

"The layout of the house was perfect for three adult females. We each had our own section of the house. The house was very clean. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was as well as all paper products, including paper towels, toilet paper, and Kleenexes in every room. There was plenty of dishwashing soap as well as laundry soap, and trash bags. We also enjoyed the cat that hung around.The outside of the house was beautiful and we enjoyed all of the outdoor seating.The only negative was the...

"The home was very clean. Several folks enjoyed the hot tub. Nice view of the mountains. Drive to town was less than 15 minutes. Easy vacation stay."

Upright vacuum would have been nice, but the broom sufficed. Decor was interesting and unique. Loved the skateboard shelves. The master bed was surprisingly comfortable to us. The clubhouse was a little outdated and the pool area could have used some attention. Overall stay was great! "

"We stayed here for a week. It was so nice. Rooms were nice. Fully stocked with everything you need. Played corn hole nearly every day with the kids. We liked the hot tub. I sat on porch early in mornings and it was so peaceful. We were able to go to Durango and ride the train. Went to Silverton for the 100 year old mine. This was a nice trip."

"Hotel bom... Pipoca gratis o dia todo e quarto amplos.... Porem tive um grande problema de madrugada quando comecou a cair agua pelo teto do banheiro... Corri para a recepcao e avisei... Era alguem no quarto acima que transbordou a banheira... Me ofereceram um novo quarto e nao aceitei pois minha familia ja estava dormindo... Entao levaram muitas toalhas e a chave do quarto da frente caso eu precisase do banheiro... Foi uma solução aceitavel no momento "
