On the top floor of Villa Hintze, a spacious vacation apartment (110 square meters) awaits you, offering a beautiful view of the sea from the living area. Completely redesigned and furnished to a high standard, it can accommodate 4 adults and 1 toddler (up to 3 years old) for a perfect vacation on Usedom. The living area features a cozy seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a reading chair. From here, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea over the roofs of the surrounding villas. The large dining area with an adjoining (fully equipped) kitchen faces south and opens onto a spacious balcony with seating. In the summer, this is sure to be one of your favorite spots in the apartment! Two bedrooms with double beds and a large bathroom with a shower and double sink round out the apartment. A very special highlight of the apartment is its large terrace (approx. 80 square meters) on the roof of Villa Hintze (accessible via a spiral staircase inside the apartment). From here, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view over the seaside resort and out onto the Baltic Sea! For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. For younger guests, a travel crib and a high chair can be ordered for an additional fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A parking space is available on the enclosed property!
