Enjoy a charming two-room vacation apartment with tasteful, high-quality furnishings, warm colors, and beautiful fabrics. The bright living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you could need. The bedroom, featuring a double bed, built-in closet, and 2.TV, also has space for a travel crib. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an extra charge) for our little guests. A modern bathroom and a beautiful, sunny balcony round out the apartment, which can accommodate 3 adults and 1 toddler in a travel crib (up to age 3). The in-home Wi-Fi network is available free of charge. The apartment includes 1 outdoor parking space (No. 2).


***Current Notice: Construction work on a new residential building will begin in mid-September 2025 on the property across the street. During this time, the usual disruptions associated with a construction site are to be expected—these may include noise, dust, and increased activity. The work is expected to continue until the end of 2026.***

All this in a prime central location, with the expansive beach just around the corner. An elevator, underground parking, and outdoor parking spaces are, of course, included. A washing machine [&] dryer are available in the basement for a fee (cashless payment via WeWash using the app, website, or phone). A bicycle storage room is also available for use. The building’s Wi-Fi network can be used free of charge.
