"This house is well maintained, comes nicely stocked, and the host is very good at communication. We stayed a group of 10 and slept very comfortably and spaced out. The kitchen has plenty of room for meal prep. The pool was the best feature in July (and the really good AC). there are signs letting you know about streaming services, wifi, misc rules, but none are annoying. I would recommend this house to an group looking to stay near Vegas, but not on the strip. "

"Lots of room to spread out. Thoughtful amenities! Pool and spa were great on a hot day. Location was great and neighborhood was quiet and safe. Lots to do and eat nearby. "

"Great place! RV parking was very large. Enough for my 26 foot boat and trailer plus about 5 feet to spare. Very comfortable. "

"This property is very well maintained and offered a nice retreat for me and my 7 girlfriends as we celebrated a recent transition. We enjoyed the main areas where we gathered to eat as well as the pool and covered cabana. "

"Loved the home. Even has a zero gravity chair. Forgot a suitcase and they were kind enough to tell us before we got the airport. Oh and her daughter is a killer singer. "

"Host stayed in contact before, during, and after visit. 20 minutes to the strip (with no traffic) but local casinos/restaurants/stores/waterpark nearby. Property in and out was clean. (Bring your own Lysol if you’re the anxious type.) Many different areas to lounge throughout the house. Backyard was wonderful for kids of all ages. Ran to Walmart to get safety equipment for non-swimmers. Neighbors kept to themselves. Was a pleasant getaway for group of six. Just what we needed."

"Hot. Very Hot! We always seem to visit Vegas at the hottest time of the year but this location makes it so less fierce. Solid AC and underground parking also saved the day! Everything went smooth from check in to check out. The place was spotless and everything you need was there including starter toiletries. It is indeed "steps" from the pool and a few more down to the Village and fully stocked grocery store. We will definitely be coming back and maybe pick a "cooler" time of year :)It would...

"O hotel aceita pets e bloqueou nossa entrada no quarto enquanto jantávamos (antes das 10pm, claro) porque um hospede reclamou do barulho do cachorro. Já que não podemos levar o cachorro no restaurante (o que está correto) não tem o menor cabimento bloquearem como policiais a entrada do hospede no quarto num hotel que aceita cachorro. Além disso, camas pequenas e chuveiro incompativel com o nível do hotel."
