Beautifully updated luxury home to spend your down time with friends and family! The home features two master bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs each with 75" tvs and king size beds! Two additional bedrooms with queen beds and 55" tvs. This home features a large backyard with a private pool and spa. The chefs kitchen is fully equipped with built in 48 inch stove , and 42 inch fridge everything needed to whip up a quick meal or you are minutes away for many local restaurants! This will be your home away from home! License STR20-00104

Overall, this property provided ample space for the eight people in our family who stayed there. Everything was spotlessly clean and offered plenty of amenities with the pool, outdoor entertaining area, the chef’s kitchen, game room, and second floor entertainment area. All living areas and bedrooms, have large TVs for us to enjoy. The bathrooms were spacious and had updated fixtures. All of us are between 70 and 76 years of age and the couch in the main living area was quite low and difficult to get out of because it was so soft. I was a little confused because the property states that it will serve eight, and it certainly would, but in the picture of the dining room I saw six chairs and one off to the left in the corner and we had only six chairs so it didn’t accommodate all of us to sit and have a meal together in that room or play cards and games together. I would suggest adding two more chairs to the dining room. We appreciated the close proximity to shopping and restaurants, the nice neighborhood, and the availability of a washer dryer which we used a few times. There was even soap and dryer sheets! Lots of towels and beach towels were available. Additional pillows were available in the closets, but we’re not on the beds. Our host Ari answered the questions I had before we arrived, and the house was open and welcoming upon our arrival. Overall, we appreciated all the space that we had to reconnect as all poor couples are from different states.

Very responsive host - we requested additional pillows (there were only decorative pillows on one bed, and no pillows in the closet for the air mattress), lamps (only one lamp in all of the 4 bedrooms, and quite a few kitchen tools (whisk, 1 cup, 1 tsp, food storage containers). Items arrived on the porch. We recommend that the owner get some rugs as the tile isn’t very hospitable. I wonder if the owner has ever stayed the night in their own rental? They might find it nice to have lamps/alarm clocks/darker window coverings in the bedrooms. We put foil on the windows in the upstairs primary bedroom to block the light.

This is a good property for a group of young people to use for a fun weekend and for the price, it met our needs. But we were a group of couples and the house lacks comforts and touches that make it look finished and welcoming. The pool was filled with leaves, there are no bar stools at the kitchen island and not a single lamp in the house but just very bright overhead recessed lighting with no dimmers. The kitchen is really nice but beds and furniture, inside and out look pretty worn. The owner was very responsive so when we got there and the hot tub was cold, he was able to get it quickly heated for us. So,For the price, it isn’t a bad place to stay but our group would not stay there again.

Thank you for wonderful stay! Your home is beautiful, well maintained, and exceptionally clean. Your home had absolutely everything I needed to make my family a full breakfast the first morning. We stayed here for our RiSE wknd.. and had a great time watching movies, popcorn, playing pool and just all around enjoying family. Thank you, Ari! BOOK THIS STAY!!! YOU WON’T REGRET IT!!

Great House!

The house was super clean and so big! We had plenty of room to spread out. There are two master bedrooms, one downstairs and one up. The house is conveniently located and in a very nice neighborhood. We couldn't take advantage of the pool because it was too cold, but our family really enjoyed playing pool and foosball.We would definitely stay again!

Honest Assessment

I wanted to take a couple of days to really get my thoughts together before I wrote a review of this property. To be fair to all who are reading my review and my stay, I figured it was best to break the review down in categories of pros and cons.PROS: Although the property has a little wear and tear, which I think is normal, it was honestly a really nice home. We were there to celebrate a friend’s retirement, so we really didn’t spend a great amount of time in the home other than to shower and sleep. There is complete access to washer/dryer, kitchen appliances and utilities, pool/hot tub etc. I would rate the neighborhood about a 3.5-4 and it’s fairly quiet at night. There are also rules posted inside of the home giving instructions about the dos and don’ts. One thing I would like to emphasize is that the owner would like all tenants to respect quiet hours after 10pm. This wasn’t a problem for my group as we are ex-military and law enforcement individuals, but if you’re looking to celebrate or party in Vegas after 10pm, this is not the place for you.CONS: There aren’t many cons to this property, but the biggest thing that stood out to us as a group is the owner sleeps in an RV 10 feet from the front door of the property. Now, to be fair to all who are reading this review and the owner himself, he does list there is an RV stored on the property, but not that he will be staying there. We noticed both the lights on and off in the RV and recognized movement from time to time

Uncomfortable and not welcome

Communicating with our host was difficult because english is not his first language and he did not care to listen to our issue, it was that we were "locals" and wanted to make our own rules for his home. We had no idea using the hot tub was part of quiet hours and so we booked this place not knowing we had to get out at 10pm. He came to the door in the morning telling us it was city ordinance for the pool times- it's not. It's his own rule and it wasn't stated on his listing. The house was clean but there was a hole in the wall with caulk on it, a few holes in the curtains. Hostile messages towards us when we explained we were not aware he had a trailer next to the front door that we weren't sure if he was living in or not. Just overral bizarre experience when hosts normally love us and we have had great times with other hosts. Just don't book please.

Beautiful Home & Ammenties

Home was very clean and tastefully designed. Our family loved all the space and ammenities, especially the Pool table, Gigantic TVs and Hot Tub. Thank you for a great stay!Also, Property Manager / Owner was super responsive!
