"We liked everything about this property. It was immaculately clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable furniture, and fine bedrooms with everything needed. The location was accessible and central. We had one brief Wi-Fi problem but William was able to diagnose and provide a fix quickly. It was a very hot weekend but the apartment was quite comfortable despite that. We appreciated the extra window unit in the large bedroom; not sure how the smaller bedroom would have been if it...

"The heat was a challenge. The upstairs is about 15-20 higher than downstairs. Otherwise, everything was great. "

Attached duplex had numerous vehicles in yard with older boy laying across the car. Step up to porch approx 16" off ground with no handrail. Home had uneven floors. Freezer with approx 4" frost. Called host, called VRBO letting them know we were not staying. No resolution has been made. Host refuses any contact concerning reimbursement, partial or full....
