"Property is showing its age but not necessarily in the room which is modern enough. Our room had a Murphy Bed with a mattress that wasn't very comfortable and I'd be surprised if it was a Queen. Staff is helpful and accommodating and you can't beat the hot springs which is why you're there!"

"This is a great hotel, but avoid Expedia, unless you get a really good price, otherwise, call and book with them. The hotel is neatly clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is complete!"

"Room was bright, spacious, clean and had a bathtub, not just a shower. You cannot swim in the Harrison resort hot pools if you are not staying at the old Harrison resort, so be warned that you have to swim at this hotel's pool instead. Also, the public pool in Harrison has limited space, limited hours, and waitlists, and is not worth waiting for. I would absolutely stay here again, but don't expect to have the outdoor grotto experience. "

"We enjoyed the setting of this property. It is a beautiful old house. Our room was nice. It was refreshing to swim in the outdoor pool although there was rust on the ladder to get out, due to it being a salt water treated pool. Possibly nothing can be done about that. There is no A/C and our room was quite warm but the ceiling fan and extra floor fan helped. We were awakened, (way past the quiet hours which guests have signed that they would abide by), due to a bunch of loud, unruly guests who...

"We loved that is was a brand new hotel. However, because it was new, some amenities weren't quite ready. We loved the kind staff, especially the breakfast ladies. They were an absolute riot! Our stay was so great, that we've booked our next trip at this hotel already! Thanks!"
