Pontos positivos: Limpeza
The positives:
* The location is fantastic. Extremely central.
* The apartment is clean and modern
* It was equipped with most things we needed for a self-catered stay as a family with 8 year old child
* Dishwasher and tablets provided
Negatives:
* The sofa bed isn’t great, but does the job
* The kitchen only has one pan which isn’t enough (plus a frying pan)
* No tea-towel or sponge provided for manual washing up
Unfortunately the check-in experience was terrible. The instructions provided were incorrect which meant being stuck on out the street until the host’s management agents returned my calls and emails circa one hour later. The instructions told us to go directly to the apartment when the reality is you need to go somewhere else (about 5 minutes walk away) to collect a key. After a flight with a child, this was extremely stressful. The issue could be avoided if they re-write the instructions.
We also had an issue checking out as we could not access the online instructions. The link that was specific to our stay suddenly required me to pay a large sum of money to access it. The hosts agents did not return my calls and emails for a few hours which meant we did not know where we were expected to return the key to. Again, this was stressful.
Overall the apartment is great, but the company that manage this property were poor. Because the check-in process was so bad I would not recommend staying here.
