The Lomond Shores Gateway, the Trossachs and the Arrochar Alps are all within easy driving distance. Helensburgh is within close proximity, a town which offers a wide range of award winning eateries as well as home to Hill House, renowned as the finest domestic masterpiece of internationally famous architect, Charles Rennie Mackintosh.

Recently built to the highest specifications, Chapelhill boasts spectacular views of the Gareloch. The house can comfortably accommodate eight people. Of the four bedrooms, three have ensuite facilities with king size beds, one is a twin, and all have 32' smart tvs with additional access to Sky tv. Fibre broadband provides an instant connection to the internet with wifi available throughout.

On the ground level, the house flows seamlessly between the kitchen, dining and living areas all equipped and furnished to the very highest standard. French doors from both the living and dining areas provide access to the extensive patio, ideal for barbecues or simply just chilling out in the hot tub. Two bedrooms lie to the rear of the property. The upper level boasts two bedrooms, a study area and a separate office space.

Furthermore, guests will have access to the adjacent boathouse and can partake in table tennis, pool, darts and table football. The boat house also has an untethered electric car charging point.
