We like to do a bit of hiking so this was conveniently located near Rt 93 to head north for all the foliage hikes. Approx 20 minutes to Franconia Notch and 1 hr to Crawford Notch area. The place was clean, bed was comfortable. Just to note - water pressure isn’t great in the shower and if you’re sensitive to smells, the lower level where the bedrooms are has a slight damp smell to...

"We had an awesome stay. Great information left for directions. Did find pool activity code changes. But people nice to let us in. Did find clothing under bed and empty cookie wrappers in the couch. The ac in main bedroom not as cool as the larger room. All in all a perfect weather wise week and just relaxed and had a good time. "
